Ariel Dunes II unit 1702 is located in Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach! The resort has boundless amenities including a zero entry pool, tennis, golf, onsite restaurant and private deeded beach access! The emerald green waters and sugar white sand awaits.....

The condo has been beautifully decorated with calming coastal colors and comfortable furniture! Unit 1702 houses a king in the master, queen in the guest bedroom and a separate bunk room with a door. The kitchen is well appointed with all the necessities you will need to entertain and prepare some wonderful meals. There are charcoal grills on property for you to use as well. The kitchen table seats 6 but there are four additional bar stools for extra seating. The spacious balcony has a dining table for four and is a wonderful addition to this piece of paradise. Having dinner on the balcony watching the beautiful sunset is a must do while you are here!

There is a large pool and fitness room located on property for you to use while you are here. Beach access is a short walk away! You can rent chairs with beach service or you can use the wagon, four beach chairs and umbrella the owner has provided on the balcony.

Seascape Golf and Tennis Club offers golf, a 5 star tennis club, pickleball and several pools. The resort has several restaurants nearby for dining. Golf, Tennis, Water Sports, and Fine Dining…..The Majestic Sun at Seascape is everything you want your vacation to be and more!

In lieu of a damage deposit. a $79.00 fee is added to every reservation for damage insurance. This policy covers the guest up to $1,500.00 in damages. The fee will show up on the payment pages as an admin. fee.

We just spent a wonderful week in this unit. Everything was clean and as stated. We had everything we needed. The beach chairs in the unit were an added bonus!! Much appreciated! I would definitely recommend this unit.

Moms weekend perfection!

We needed to get away, and this was perfect. We enjoyed the view, the comfort of the condo (as moms we have high cleanliness expectations and it delivered) We did massages on the balcony (Anara wellness came to us!), we ate at mezcal, pompano joes, and went to seaside. The walk to the beach was effortless. Amazing!

Perfect!

Couldn’t have asked for a cleaner place! It looked like the deco came straight from Pottery Barn. The location was great too. Close enough to busy Destin but far enough away so it wasn’t so touristy. Pools are nice too. We appreciated having all of the beach equipment to use. Wagon, umbrella, chairs and more.

Great Beach Property

Clean and efficient condo. Was plenty big for 4 adults and 2 teens. We did not use the kitchen for much, but it was fully stocked with equipment. Great location walking distance to the beach. The only negative (at no fault of the property owner at all) is the private company renting chairs for $45 a pair while blocking access to the water for the the rest of the beach goers. Minor gripe, as all other aspects were solid.

Amazing Property!

This property was perfection! Super clean. Short walk to the beach. Great pool at the facility. Great views from the balcony. Located near to lots of great food and shopping! This unit had everything you could ever think of needing! Loved all the extra plugs with the USB ports! I would highly recommend this unit to anyone! Already looking forward to our next beach trip!
