CITY CENTER - Left Bank - P2 in the heart of the City Center, on the 2nd floor, 2 steps from the beach with a covered private parking, composed of a living room with a sofa bed 140cm ,a TV and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen (hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine), a room with a double bed in 140cm, overlooking a balcony, a Bathroom and a separate toilet. A loggia with garden furniture. Close to Pont Tournant, the beach, the train station and all amenities. Furnished and equipped for 4 people.

OPTIONAL BENEFITS:
- Bed linen kit: €15/bed (2 flat sheets + 2 pillowcases)
- Duvet cover kit: €20/bed (1 flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases)
- Towel kit: 7€ / Person
- Household: 66€ P2 (Free of pet hair)

Two deposit checks are to be given to us on the day of your arrival (400€ deposit for flat, 100€ deposit household), not cashed and destroyed after the verification of the apartment.
The handing over of keys is done in our real estate agency.
