Villa with private jacuzzi 500m from the sea

Relaxation area with a 3-seater JACUZZI
This space - located in one of the rooms of the house - is at your disposal throughout your stay without time restrictions! Only you have access to it.

This villa is located by the sea (500m walk from the beach) Located in a very quiet residential area, the house is accessible by a small street where you can easily park for free. Garden area and terrace facing South-West, equipped with table-chairs/barbecue.

The villa is on one level:
1 room relaxation area
1 bedroom with 1 double bed
1 bedroom with 2 single beds,
1 bathroom with Italian shower (hairdryer provided),
1 toilet,
1 kitchen open to living-dining room with bay window that opens onto the terrace with sea view.

This villa was built in 2023.
The provision of additional equipment on request (baby equipment, toys and beach tent, etc.)
Cleaning fee = €50 for 1 night, €70 for 2 nights or more
(mandatory due to the management of the jacuzzi and the current health situation)

Très déçu par le rapport valeur/prix de cette location.Soucis partagés au loueur:- pas d'internet (le commentaire que le locataire souhaite proposer une expérience de ‘détox’ est inacceptable .Si c'était l'intention première pourquoi ne pas l'indiquer dans l'annonce?)(l'internet n’était effectivement pas indiqué - erreur de ma part lors de la réservation - donc non contractuel). La couverture 4G/5G étant d'autre part très mauvaise sur Coutainville/Blainville- peu de place de rangement pour les vêtements (pas de penderie dans les chambres)- seulement 3 verres à pied pour une location pour 4 adultes…- casseroles en teflon endommagées- odeur de chlore (« ce n'est pas du chlore, c'est du brome » - dixit le conjoint de la locatrice) persistante liée au traitement du jacuzzi - mise en route aléatoire du moteur très bruyant du jacuzzi même sans utilisation - homestaging affligeant: 5 fois la même lampe de chevet- meubles ikea bas de gamme (cadres de lit, sommiers, couverts, assiettes, verres, lampe de chevet, commodes)- pas de théière / pas de cafetière filtre- pas de couteau/fourchettes/assiettes à huîtres sachant que Blainville est une des plus grandes zone d’ostréiculture de la région)- vue sur mer: seulement debout devant l'évier….. j’arrête là car on va croire que je m'acharne.malheureusement loué à une période très haute ( Août). Le prix de 1,900 EUR est tout à fait exagéré.Propreté: 4*

Merci Yannick pour vos remarques; nous sommes toujours soucieux de maintenir le meilleur standing dans notre location. Nous sommes d'accord, nous ne sommes pas un 5* ! Nous sommes cependant classé 3* en meublé de Tourisme. Vous auriez pu préciser que dès le lendemain de vos requêtes, nous sommes venus vous déposer toute la vaisselle qui vous manquait (avec en cadeau une bourriche d'huîtres pour nous excuser). Mais, nous avons bien compris que, malgré notre bonne volonté, vous ne seriez jamais satisfait. Effectivement nous assumons le choix de ne pas proposer de Wifi dans cette location; d'ailleurs nous le précisons dans l'annonce, et le réseau a toujours suffit. Pas de cafetière filtre mais une cafetière Nespresso de très bonne qualité. Dans les chambres, il y a des commodes pour ranger les vêtements. Mais tout cela est bien visible sur les photos de l'annonce. La maison est neuve (2022) avec du marbre au sol, et une vue mer de la cuisine et terrasse. Votre avis sur nos goûts pour l'ameublement et la décoration est très subjectif et, bien heureusement, la majorité de nos clients les apprécient. Enfin, le prix se justifie par l'emplacement à 500m de la mer et surtout par l'accès illimité au jacuzzi privé dans la villa (que vous n’avez pas utilisé par choix). Il fonctionne 24H/24 et nécessite une filtration qui fait un bruit tout à fait acceptable avec la couverture posée dessus et la porte fermée. Je suis navrée que cette location n'ait pas rempli vos fortes exigences.
