Luana Kai Resort is located on Maui’s South Shore on the Ocean side of S Kihei Road. Beautifully landscaped grounds w swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, cabana outdoor kitchen, and gas barbecue grills. Tennis courts, pickle ball courts, 9 hole putting green, and shuffle board. Complex is steps away from the ocean. 2 B/ 2B 2 story unit located on the top floor (3rd floor) with Ocean views off the lanai. 5 to 10 minute drive to some of Hawaii’s best beaches, golf, restaurants, and shopping.

Overall these 10 days were super. Trisha was perfect. Super accommodating when we had an involuntary flight date change months after booking. She gave us some nice travel tips when I messaged her and then on checking out she was super again. The unit is great for a family of 4, close to beach for walks and the pool on site is well kept. The location is central and quiet. Couldn’t ask for a better host! Thanks Trisha!

Trisha’s property is absolutely stunning. The location is hard to beat as we had many different activities planned across the island and could easily navigate from Kīhei. The property itself is lovely. Easy beach access, pickleball, access to fun restaurants within a 5-10 min drive or a 30 minute walk. I also can’t say enough about Trisha as a host. Our travel plans got rearranged due to a hurricane that required us to leave another island a day early and Trisha was more than accommodating and even met us in person to help with check in. She also allowed us to stay longer when our flight on the back end got delayed. Her response time was immaculate. I would highly recommend her property for any trip to Maui. I will be coming back.

We enjoyed staying at Luana Kai! We loved the pool and jacuzzi. Tricia was very attentive, responds quickly and thorough with checking in procedures. I loved that the unit offers beach chairs, toys for the kids and coolers. Great place to stay! We will be returning!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Beautiful condo with ocean views! Nice pool area with hot tub. Shuffleboard and pickleball courts. Close to many shops/ restaurants/ Maalaea Harbor/ and many various beaches! Fully stocked condo with comfortable beds, cool loft area for master bed and bath, great table and chairs on porch for meals and games, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach toys galore. Highly recommend this property!

We loved our stay here. Clean and comfortable. Enough space for our family of four. Nice pool and hot tub. Had everything we needed, even beach chairs, umbrellas, and snorkel gear. Our favorite was sitting on the lanai and enjoying the beautiful ocean views. We loved staying in Kīhei. Lots of amazing food and lovely beaches. Trisha was a great host. Communication was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

The Condo was excellent right from the moment we got there! Place was set up really well with all the amenities you’d need for 2 weeks away from the hustle of real life! That view from the deck I don’t think we’ll ever forget, watching whales in the background while sipping on our morning coffees! The pool and hot tub area was perfect for those days you don’t feel like heading out too far. Highly recommend this spot for a stay on Maui, you just can’t beat that location and set up. Aloha from our crew!

Trisha was an awesome host and always quick to answer any questions we had. The unit was well equipped for our family of five, with a well stocked kitchen and everything you needed for the beach (boogie boards, cooler, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, snorkel gear). Kids enjoyed the pool area, and we used the barbecues a few nights to cook supper. Beach is literally just a few steps away. Close proximity to lots of beautiful beaches and to the shops/restaurants in Kihei (a short drive).

Beautiful vacation getaway!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Maui! It was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The beds were especially comfortable, and the unit was well-stocked with all the essentials. The amenities were great, and the location was perfect - close to beaches, restaurants, and shops. We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again for future trips!
