Away from the hustle and bustle of the center, this villa allows you to enjoy pleasant moments with family or friends.

Seven bedrooms, all with air conditioning and sea views; seven private bathrooms and a guest bathroom near the kitchen.

Two large covered dining areas, barbecue, griddle, refrigerator with cold water and unlimited ice dispenser, dishwasher. Everything is designed for your comfort.

This villa offers generous spaces ideal for relaxation. The layout allows everyone to unwind at their own pace. Several terraces are available, all with sea views.

A breakfast service is included in the rate. We usually send someone to take care of it.

If you’d like more than just breakfast prepared, let us know. This service has an additional cost, and we’ll put you in touch with our team of cooks so you can arrange prices and details. Dominican cuisine.

A gas generator activates automatically in case of a power outage in the village, so you won’t experience interruptions during your stay.

For security reasons, a small family sleeps in the external bungalow, performs nightly rounds, and also takes care of the generator, pool maintenance, and daily cleaning of common areas.

IMPORTANT -
Access to the villa is not dangerous, but we recommend a good SUV or 4x4 vehicle, especially in case of rain.

Once there, a spacious parking area allows you to park 4 vehicles protected from sun and rain. A fifth car can be parked in the driveway, and a turning platform is available for convenient U-turns.

La Loma La Jagua is located just 10 minutes by car from the town center and the beaches.

Included in the rental rate: Wifi internet, cleaning upon arrival and departure, and during the stay depending on the number of nights. Linen change once a week for stays of 8 nights or more. Dominican breakfast. Washing machine available for personal laundry. Pool and garden maintenance. General electricity for the villa is included.

The rental price includes breakfast based on the number of guests registered in the booking.

Not included: electricity consumption related to the use of air conditioning in the bedrooms. These are connected to a separate meter; a photo of the meter is taken in your presence at check-in and check-out. Only your actual consumption is charged at the current local rate: 15 pesos or 0.30 USD per kilowatt.

This amount must be paid in cash on the day of departure. We recommend planning ahead.

A digital-code safe is available. In case of forgotten code or lost key, a replacement fee of 150 USD will apply.

Please note that an inventory is conducted upon arrival and departure. To avoid delays at check-out, a team of 2 to 3 people is usually present for a quick inspection of linens, dishes, and electrical appliances. The goal is to leave the property as you found it, for the comfort of future guests.

Any lost or damaged item will be charged in cash on the day of departure. We ensure the property is kept in excellent condition for everyone’s well-being.

It is forbidden to bring speakers or play loud music. After 10:00 p.m., all noise must be reduced to respect everyone’s rest.
