This rental property inside the beautiful Sudden Valley community has the most peaceful surroundings that make you feel right at home.

Most of the amenities are within walking distance such as the tennis courts, soccer ball field, dog park and both outdoor pools.

Enjoy the beautiful outdoor patio during the day overlooking beautiful Lake Whatcom or hit the beach and go swimming.

There are so many amenities inside the Sudden Valley community, it's like living on a resort.

The rental property is located on Lake Whatcom, the most beautiful lake I've ever seen. Lake Whatcom offers 12 miles of crystal clear glacier fed water, which is perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing, jet skiing, sailing, boating and fishing.

The rental property is also perfect for that winter ski getaway, with just a short drive to Mt. Baker.

Sudden Valley offers 18 holes of competitive golf on one of the most scenic golf courses in the state of Washington.

The front nine of Sudden Valley is relatively open and flat and borders the shores of Lake Whatcom. Fairway landing areas are relatively generous and the greens are large.
However, the back nine follows a ridge uphill with narrow evergreen-fringed fairways and smaller greens that have more character. (Please See Video Link Below)

The Sudden Valley community offers activities for all ages, amenities included a marina, parks, playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball courts, pools, beaches, off leash dog park and miles of hiking trails.

The Community Center recreation area includes a state of the art fitness center and outdoor Olympic size swimming pool with lifeguard for all ages and an adult pool for adults only..

Sudden Valley is beautiful!

The property was easy to find in a lovely neighborhood. The house was immaculate with very comfortable beds and soft sheets. The view out the back was a phenomenal view of the lake.
