You can relax on the sun loungers by your private pool, have an aperitif on the outdoor lounge or enjoy your meals on the terrace with its large wooden table.<br><br>For barbecue lovers, the house has an outdoor barbecue and an outdoor dining area to organise convivial evenings with family or friends.<br><br>The interior of the house is bright and modern, with careful decoration and comfortable furniture. The living room has two sofas, a flat-screen TV and a large coffee table to relax or to play board games with family or friends and air conditioning that covers the ground floor.<br><br>The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. You will find an induction stove, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. <br><br>The house has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms including a master suite opening onto the garden and the pool with a large double bed and a private bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. <br><br>The second bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with air conditioning and a large double bed. The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds. On the same floor you will find the second bathroom with a bathtub. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and offer a wonderful view of the garden and the pool.<br><br>The house is located in a quiet and safe residential area, only a few minutes drive from the beaches of Juan-les-Pins, Antibes and Cannes. The village of Biot is also nearby, famous for its glass craftsmen and charming cobbled streets.<br><br>You will have access to a large laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer where you can store your suitcases.<br><br>I will be delighted to welcome you to my holiday home and help you have an unforgettable holiday on the French Riviera.
