Located in the heart of the Fronsadais vineyards, in a quiet environment, overlooking the vineyards, the Bel Air gîte is housed in a detached house and has a large private garden with swimming pool (12m x 6m, depth from 80 cm to 1.80 m) open from 12/06 to 30/09 (these dates may vary depending on weather conditions), portico, covered terrace and barbecue, garden furniture, relaxation lounge and deckchairs. It consists of a large main room with kitchen, dining room, living room, fireplace (wood provided) and relaxation area, three bedrooms (two 140x190 beds and two 90x190 beds), a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet. Outdoor room with washing machine. The gîte is equipped with electric heating. For a simple stay, sheets, towels, pool linen and table linen are included in the price. End-of-stay cleaning is available (paid service). Tourist tax extra. Pets are welcome with the obligation to pay a cleaning fee. 10km from Saint André de Cubzac, 19.6km from Libourne, 25.5km from Saint-Emilion.
