Thank you so much, Eric and I appreciate you taking such great care of the cottage. I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay and come back anytime!
We loved everything about the house, the property, and the area. The hostess went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a magical one. Her kindness, and our short time at her her will not be forgotten. Thank you again!
We had a blast at this beautiful cabin in the woods on a creek with modern amenities. The Wifi worked great which made the kids happy. It is 3 miles in each direction from access points to the Appalachian trail. Great spot for hiking in the day and unwinding at night. Really enjoyed having coffee in the morning by the flowing stream. Will definitely be back.
A great cottage out in the woods with local wildlife.
Everything was great except the listing said the cottage had a washer and dryer, but the washer and dryer was only available when the owner was available. The house was cute and had a large living area. We were greeted with a large basket of treats.

The washer and drier is available at all times, however there is no access from the cottage, only outside. All of my guests have used the laundry facilities with no problem. I simply told Doug it was only accessible from outdoors and that I could come over and walk him through it if need be. He simply told me he would do his laundry at his brothers house and declined my help. He was always able to have access to the laundry room but declined.
The property was just as it looked online. Kathy responded quickly to any questions we had. The first morning, as we sat outside, a doe and a fawn crossed the creek and were within 15 yds of us. We thought it was staged perfectly!! If you are looking for absolute peace and quiet, this is the place. Thanks Kathy
The home is like going to grandma's house! Cute and with plenty of pans/dishes and what is needed to cook in the kitchen. The bathroom was very clean and had very white towels. The location is not close to cities or NYC. Bring what you need with you without expectation of grocery store close by. We loved the remote rural location and enjoyed watching the creek that encircled much of the property.
The cottage is super adorable and very clean. We really appreciated the well appointed kitchen, since we love to cook. Kathy really thought of everything a guest might need throughout the home. It was really great. The property itself is beautiful. Sitting down by the creek was truly magical and sooo relaxing. We also saw deer and wild turkeys trotting along on the property. Very cool for a city slicker! We were able to do some hiking nearby, which was beautiful, and visit a few cute shops nearby as well. Overall, a really wonderful little getaway. Thank you so much Kathy!
We loved our stay here! The house is old with lots of nice updates. It's decorated so cutely, retro and modern vibes. We stayed in the room to the left and the bed was so comfortable! Sheets and bedding very soft. Bedside tables and a vanity we're very appreciated and used. Kleenex in all rooms was the best for me! And hooks in the bathroom. Also a full length mirror in the hall area. The sofa was very comfortable as well and the view from every where was amazing. The land and the creek and the chairs were so great, had a bonfire one night. Felt amazing. We loved the area, the roads are very winding and no real shoulder but everyone goes pretty slow. The nice extras of snacks and chocolate felt very special. Only thing I noticed is the bathroom walls could use a deep clean and there's not a fan in there so it gets very very humid! Maybe a dehumidifier for the wet seasons. The heat worked great and got very nice and warm. Kathy was great to talk to and was very helpful. We'd go back again for sure!
Everything was very clean and neat. A nice cabin setting in the woods but still close to Warwick. Very quiet area and great for relaxing. Even had a mama bear and her two cubs wondering through the woods across the stream one day.
Loved my stay. The yard with the gurgling stream, deer passing through at close distance, a beautifully appointed, comfortable house and a great host. A very relaxing and enjoyable experience.
The property was everything my partner and I needed for a few days away from the city. The area was gorgeous, Kathy was amazing and communicative, and the house was well equipped and felt like home.
Staying here really
Helped me get away from reality! It was beautiful, and the host was absolutely amazing. The fresh linens made me smile, and the cozy style of the kitchen was just perfect. I didn’t want to leave! It felt very homie and warm! It felt like a cute cottage realness dream!

It feels so good to make others feel at home in the beautiful Warwick Creekside Cottage. What a pleasure it was hosting Francis!
Wonderful little cottage for a few days away. Kathy provided first class amenities...quality towels and linens. Plush, comfortable pillows. Super comfortable beds. The kitchen was well appointed and a grill provided outside. Even wood for the fire pit with chairs by the brook. Good wi-fi and Apple TV. Easy drive into Warwick or neighboring towns. Kathy was readily available if needed, but we had total privacy. We would stay here again!!!
