We dedicated substantial amounts of love and care to create a unique atmosphere for your vacation. It is a spacious stylish villa (Certification: AMA00001357135), tastefully furnished, with 1bedroom (double bed), 1 open loft bedroom (double bed) and 1 single sofa at the living room area. The kitchen has all kind of amenities and is fully equipped. Our brand new constructed infinity pool reflects the sunset while the water flows over the edge. Our cool and comfortable villa has a true good vibration! Once you arrive we will guide you through all the facilities and wele will give you a detailed description on what to do and how to take advantage of every single day on the island. We live next door and you can always feel free to contact us for anything you may need. It's a safe and a quiet neighborhood with mostly families living around. Everything is within a walking distance from the studio: mini market, meat market, 2 traditional bakeries tourist shop, tavern with traditional food as well as pizza and souvlaki. There is also a gas station with info point and an olive press where during the summer months you can visit it and learn the making of olive oil. 

It is located at Agios Leon, a pretty mountain village of 437 inhabitants, on the unspoilt west coast of Zakynthos. Agios Leon village is also famous for Porto Limnionas beach (4 kms away). Porto Limnionas is one of the most hidden places and maybe for this reason more beautiful and wild of the entire island. It is a marvelous bay with clear water placed along the West coast of Zakynthos. The different colours of the sea, the near caves and the Mediterranean nature will be idyllic scenery for your lunch at “Porto Limnionas” Tavern.

Calm with good vibrations

Amazing views of the west coast with unbelievable sunsets. Beautiful and cozy home at walking distance to the village. Our family had one of the best vacations ever in Zakynthos and the location of the house is perfect to hit the most beautiful parts of the islands. Athina, the host, was spectacular with great recommendations and very friendly. We really felt at home and we hope to come again.

Fantastische Unterkunft in einem kleinen Ort

Das Haus mit Pool ist ein einen kleineren abgelegen (ruhigen) Ort zu finden. Ausstattung des Objektes war sehr gut. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und unterstützt einen jederzeit. Das Objekt kann ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Aside from Greek (my mother tongue), I am also fluent in English. The latter learned whilst studying abroad in the United Kingdom. I love travelling more than anything else. After having visited quite a few countries all over the world, I realised it would be nice to be a hostess too. After all, it encompasses two of my favourite things: meeting new people and sharing my love for Zakynthos. I look forward to welcoming you to my island and offering you the chance to create some wonderful memories with your loved ones.

Everything is within a walking distance from the studio: mini market, meat market, 2 traditional bakeries tourist shop, tavern with traditional food as well as pizza and souvlaki. There is also a gas station with info point and an olive press where during the summer months you can visit it and learn the making of olive oil. There is also a kids playground park that you can enjoy your drink while children have fun.
In Agios Leon you can find traditional and organic products such as wine, oil and dairy products and there here are a handful of shops with local handmade products.
There is always enough space just outside the building to safely park your vehicle.
