The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was great as well. There's a bakery two doors down that had the best cinnamon rolls I have ever tasted. The host was very pleasant and responsive to inquiries.

A well situated property with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The apartment was very clean and well presented, if a little tired, although that didn't detract from the charm of a quintessential Portland apartment 100years old.

Vacation trip

Very nice and clean property. Brad was very accommodating and took care of anything we needed. This property is close to the airport and the port area for shopping, eating etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Location, Very Comfortable

The apartment is very large, comfortable, and clean. It has a very well equipped kitchen. The location is perfect, downtown and the waterfront are walking distance. Check in was easy and the host is very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Quaint Walkup in the middle of everything

We absolutely loved out stay in Portland. This walkup was close/walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Great restaurants and drinks. Our host was awesome and available whenever we needed, he had great recommendations and ensured everything was perfect.

Perfect apartment for couple

Our stay was great in Portland. The apartment was very spacious and worked perfectly for us. The king bed was very comfortable, AC window unit cooled the place down very well, sitting room and kitchen were great for downtime between activities. The off street parking was extremely convenient as well. The location is central, things within walking distance or short drive away. Highly recommend.

Host was quick to respond and gave us good tips on where to go. The apartment looks just like the photos posted, except it's actually larger than it looked. We really enjoyed our stay in Portland. This apartment was well equipped and clean. Across the street was a very nice Italian restaurant that we enjoyed the first night there. There is also a bar/club across the street that may appeal to a younger crowd however we were happy to stay in. I will have to say the street was busy and you may hear talking at all hours and a few hoots here and there from the club. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. We had a very relaxing visit.

Great stay

My husband and I stayed here with our two year old daughter and had a great time! We didn't have a car and didn't need one, it was a bit of a hike into town but we were happy to walk and enjoyed exploring the west end neighborhood nearby. The apartment is very large and sunny! Both the bed and couch felt a little old and saggy but we still slept fine.

Perfect spot, great trip

Brad’s apartment was in an amazing location and very spacious for the two of us. It is well kept and everything was clean and safe. Had everything we needed for our week long trip. We were first time Maine visitors and were so happy to realize we were in such an easily accessible area. The pictures don’t do it justice!

Amazing stay in Portland

This house is conveniently located to all the touristy spots and restaurants in Portland. The owner was very communicative and gave us directions to enter the house. Despite being on the main road and kinda next door to a firehouse it was quiet in the house. My only grub is the real early checkin but apart from that I would say we got everything we needed to stay while roaming around Portland

Leaf peeping in October

Location was very convenient. Great that the apartment had all necessary necessities. Kitchen was filled with all you would need to make a meal, drink coffee and even had wine glasses. We just enjoyed it SO MUCH!! Price is very reasonable and that is important. Will be back!!!

Great location in Portland

Conveniently located - walkable distance from lots of restaurants, shops, hospital (if you happen to need one) and the Western Promenade (plenty of green space there to walk yourself or pet). Owner very responsive to questions. Only suggest that instructions (eg re parking and trash disposal) be reviewed and updated for clarity so as not to have to bother the owner- especially if you get in late at night. All in all, really enjoyed our stay!

Weekend in Portland

This apartment looked just like the pics. It was cozy and convenient to all things. A little Bit of a walk to downtown, but an Uber back was less expensive than parking! The property was comfortable, neighborhood was quiet. Apartment came with all things you need. Host was a great communicator and available if we needed anything- which we didn’t! Highly recommend this property.

Great, large apartment!

This was our first time in Portland and we really enjoyed staying here. The apartment is cute, well stocked and in a good location. Having so many fans was helpful. My only gripe is that the only mirror is the bathroom vanity. I would have loved a full length mirror to use. Other than that, It felt like a home away from home.
