We had a great stay at Mat's place! Convenient location, very cute apartment with a lovely view of the water. Well equipped for a couple's weekend away. We appreciated the sharp knives for cooking and the comfy couch!

Best trip & had the best time staying here. The place was absolutely amazing. Such a smooth process & the views were absolutely stunning. Everything is a 5 minute drive away. The balcony is super spacious & the best. The bed is super comfortable & huge - definitely firm. I have ZERO complaints. The only thing I wish was that there was more mirrors.

Easy to find location right off exit ramp in quiet neighborhood (although on a Main Street). Water across the street. House is a nautical Maine theme furnished apartment. Big bed - some mattresses are soft, this one is hard. Owner communicated and was always available. Comes with everything you might need. Great place for two to use as home base while you see Maine.
