There is a Large private pool in the backyard enjoy relaxing in the pool during the day and the spa after a long night out. Your place is only about a 15 min drive to the strip or airport. Also near by is a gas and liquor store it is about a 1 mile away. Heating pool is additional $100 a night

The property was clean and easy to access. It was close to most things that people want. I did not like that repairs and renovation were disclosed after the refund period expired. The damage should have been disclosed earlier.

True Paradise!

The pictures do not do this place justice, it is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Alicia was very sweet and attentive to my questions and very responsive. The airport is minutes away from the home which is great. The Strip is about 15 minutes away from the house and you can see the lights from the upstairs bedroom porch. The house is fully stocked with bath needs and other essentials including laundry detergent. DoorDash delivers great selections of food. Total Wine and Liquor will deliver spirits to the door and Amazon Fresh delivers groceries to the door as well. A Lyft is always about 5 mins away so be ready to go when requesting rides. The pool is beautiful and stays bath water warm and has a little self cleaning robot I thought was cool. This was my birthday getaway and more ladies was supposed to join me but unfortunately were not able to. Because of this we plan to do a do over so I will definitely book with Alicia again:)

Not worth the price

The jacuzzi was the best part of the stay. The downstairs is very cold, you have to but the heat on high for it to feel semi OK on the 1st floor BUT THEN the top floor gets really hot. I reached out regarding some concerns, but only received a response by text regarding the jacuzzi hours later after sending a msg thru Vrbo and calling. We tried to turn on the fireplace but there was no key, I also reached out in regards to this and received no reply. I was told 1 of the beds was a King but both beds are the same size (queen I think).. there was barely any pots or house essentials to use, nothing to clean up with. There was no radio, no clean sponge, no detergent to wash.. nothing to plug in devices for music. For the price, it wasn't worth it. We should've just stayed in a hotel on the strip.

I had an amazing stay for my husband birthday. Very relaxing, the pool is absolutley beautiful and honestly the pics does the home no justice. I highly recommend.

Great family friendly property

We had such a good time here. Everything was good, especially the communication with the host. She is extremely responsive. The only thing that I'd would have liked more of is if it was better stocked with trash bads, paper towels, and all soaps. The hand soaps in the bathrooms as well ad detergent were watered down so much that it was water. We went to buy our own. So, if you rent this place, just be sure to byo toiletries and stuff.

Good for small families

It was great to have private outdoor space to enjoy the weather! The host was exceptional in comunicating and resolving any minor issues. The location gave easy access to the highway and short drives to major attractions, but expect road noise.

Very convenient location to the strip

The property is clean and supplied all the amenities we needed for a week’s stay. The convenient location made it easy to get to the strip and other local attractions. We hiked during the day at locations like The Valley of Fire and Red Rock Canyon.

Great vacation location!

I absolutely could not have been happier with this VRBO and our Host Alicia! We instantly felt at home, welcomed and warm. The home has a few small cosmetic issues, which for us added to its ambience. The location was perfect for getting around all of Las Vegas, and the pool & spa were wonderful in the mornings. Thanks Alicia, for such a great stay!

Great Communication, Unfortunate issues

First and foremost, the owner was great with communication! There was an unfortunate leak from the ceiling, and dishwasher and garbage disposal were broken, but once these repairs are completed: the property was in a great location for us, the pool was great, and all in all we still had a splendid time visiting with family.

Had a wonderful time in this beautiful home!!

We had a wonderful 4th of July vacation at this beautiful home! It's a very clean beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. The backyard with the pool and hot tub was very relaxing and beautiful! The home has everything you need for a fun relaxing vacation and the host was very nice and good at answering any questions you may have. We had a great time there and plan to come back next summer.
