Il est vrai que vous avez recevez sur Abritel notre maison le samedi 10 /08 pour une reservation à partir du dimanche 11/08..soit moins de 24h00 ( en plein mois d Aout)
Nous n avions pas confirmé personnellement cette reservation.
Comme je vous l ai indiqué téléphoniquement un simple appel téléphonique aurais évité ce désagrément pour vous bien entendu mais pour nous également.
Vous ne l avez pas noté maus nous avons essayé de trouver une solution auprès de nos connaissances mais également auprès d Abritel.
Notre maison était louée depuis de nombreux mois.
Nous sommes des personnes sérieuses d ailleurs vous pouvez consulter nos notes sur d autres sites qui le confirme.
Je reste bien entendu chère madame à votre écoute
