Carson making it perfect for your stay in Colorado Springs! With your safety in the forefront of our minds, this house is professionally sanitized and cleaned prior to your arrival. Relax and enjoy the picturesque sunrise and breathtaking, Mountain View, sunsets.

This three bedroom, two bath home is equipped with everything you need and more. From pots and pans to K-cups, we got you covered!

CHECK IN:

No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.

In order to ensure our team has enough time to clean and sanitize the home from the guest prior, check-in is at 4 PM.

This is a lovely home and we enjoyed our stay there. The whole process went off without a hitch. Communication was always answered quickly. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood. It worked perfect for our family and we would stay there again.

Great house and quiet area

Great three bedroom house with all the amenities you need. Clean and well equipped for cooking your own meals, not far from grocery stores and small strip mall type stores and chain restaurants. Easy access to interstate 25.

Perfect stay.

This was one of the best places we have stayed. Home is well spaced, equipped with everything from towels to dishes, great hot water and water pressure, comfy beds. Perfect location to stores and a beautiful neighborhood. Easy check in and out. Everything was wonderful.

Great neighborhood feel!

We stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding. The location was great and close to everything. We ate at Black Bear Diner, per the recommendation, and loved it! The house itself was extremely clean and layed out well for our family. The front bedroom was perfect for our 2 small kids and we took the other front bedroom, which was right next to them and easy access if they needed anything. This gave the other couple who was with us, plenty of privacy back in the master. The whole process, from check in to check out was super easy. We took a few walks around the neighborhood as well and it was very quiet. The families were extremely nice and they were having a neighborhood garage sale, so we shopped around the neighborhood. This was a great experience for us. Thank you for everything!

Perfect!

Our family had a great stay at this house. The process was flawless and the house was clean and perfect for our large family. Management had put out snacks and a bottle of wine, a sweet gesture. Fenced backyard for kids. Some rentals provide board games and things like that; this one doesn't, so bring your own entertainment. Smart TV's in the living room and master bedroom. Master closet is massive and great for a baby or for kids to crash on the floor. We will definitely look at booking this property again!

Great house. Very quiet neighborhood. A little off the beaten path but very clean. I am not sure how this house would actually sleep 10. 7 of us fit, but it felt crammed. I would stay here again.

Family Reunion

We traveled from Texas and Missouri to Colorado to visit our son who just moved there and our daughter who just graduated. The home was perfect for us to have our family as one again. It had been since 2018 since we were last together. The cozy home was equipped with everything we needed and was so comfortable, literally it was a home away from home. The host was very attentive to any questions we had. Thank you for letting us stay at this awesome home! We were convinced that this will be our go to every time we visit Colorado. We can’t wait to go back!
