Welcome to my home!

Nestled among family homes in Clamart, my house is close to Clamart station, roughly 11 minutes on foot, and within short walking distance of a Franprix and a Lidl. Popular spots such as Fort De Vanves, a historical military fort, Cimetière de Malakoff and Ichikawa Japanese Garden are reasonably close and worth checking out to get a sense of serenity outside the hustle and bustle of Paris.

It comprised a ground floor with a private garden heavily shaded by large trees. The living room is minimally furnished and well-kept, with plenty of open space to move around: it has a comfortable seating area for relaxing after a long day of exploring the surrounding area and watching all your favourite shows on the TV. A fireplace to keep yourself warm during the colder months. A large family style to enjoy homecooked meals, which can be improvised as a workspace, and an open-plan kitchen with all the essential cookware and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and a dining table.

Upstairs, the bedrooms are spacious, well-kept and minimally furnished; the master bedroom has a king-size bed with a sliding glass door. The second room has two single beds and is suited for children. Additionally, a third room with a sofa can be converted into a double bed to fit two extra guests. Hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Clamart is a charming suburban town located just south of Paris. Known for its relaxed and laid-back atmosphere, Clamart appeals to locals and tourists seeking a quieter alternative to the bustling city centre. The area is popular with families, young professionals, and retirees who appreciate its peaceful ambiance and convenient proximity to Paris. Malakoff offers several attractions worth exploring, including the historic Fort De Vanves, a former military fort hosting exhibitions and cultural events. The Cimetière de Malakoff, a picturesque cemetery, is also worth a visit for its beautiful landscaping and notable gravesites. The Ichikawa Japanese Gardens provide nature enthusiasts a serene escape with their tranquil ponds, lush greenery, and traditional Japanese architecture. Although Clamart is just a few kilometres from central Paris, it offers a peaceful respite from the city's fast-paced energy.

20 km from the Palace of Versailles, the velodrome, and the national golf course of St Quentin en Yvelines
Transport is very close: the bus stop is 200m away, and the Clamart train station is a 10-minute away.

The house is within walking distance of public transport. Additionally, services like UBER, G7 and LeCab are available to download and in Malakoff and the surrounding areas.

- Clamart station (Line N) is 11 minutes away from the house. Its terminal stop is Montparnasse Paris.
- Central Paris will take 44 minutes by car, depending on traffic conditions.
- Orly-Paris Airport is 30 minutes away by car, depending on traffic conditions.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
