A fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful living room and a veranda.
Outside, on the garden side, a large south-facing terrace with a sheltered area (pergola) for lunch/dinner,
garden furniture and sun loungers.
The garden of approx. 2200 m² offers peace, quiet and coolness in the shade of the trees; in the evening it is illuminated for even greater enjoyment.
