Really needed some time away from NY. The house was right near the beach. Everything needed for the beach could be found in the garage. The pool couldn't have been better. Thought this was a great rental.

Just returned from paradise. Excellent, quiet and safe neighborhood. House description very accurate. Very large and relaxing, private back yard with pool. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped. Pet friendly a big . Host is readily accessible and responds fast. Contacted Gene with a couple of questions, he responded right away.Location, location, everything within reach, many restaurants, shops, groceries, gas stations. Beach not within walking distance but less than 5 mins car ride. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you Gene for allowing our family to share your awesome place!
