This is a very clean and close to all things Grass Valley or Nevada City. The owner was excellent to communicate with. The home was charming and comfortable. I highly recommend this Cottage.The kitchen was well appointed.

What a lovely little gem so glad we had the opportunity to stay! This cottage is cozy and welcoming to my husband and I with two pups! Everything was nicely appointed, we really enjoyed our stay! The yard is clean and secure we did not have worry about letting our dogs outside. Would definitely recommend this property!

This cottage is so adorable and has everything you need for your stay! It is very clean, has a great front yard and back porch/yard area, coffee and tea bar, snacks to get you started, and it’s really close to downtown area. Perfect to walk into downtown area for shopping and dining. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. I would definitely recommend it and I will stay here again!

Perfect Cottage
