Apartment of 65m² with a covered terrace of 15m² overlooking the sea, in a secure residence with parking and swimming pool, embedded in the rock, at the foot of Mont Saint-Clair. You are 10 minutes from the city centre, the theatre of the sea, and the first coves of Sète. <br><br>The T3 apartment has a bedroom with sea view and a large living room both opening onto a covered terrace, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, a toilet, a master suite (bedroom with integrated shower room).<br><br>Throughout the year, I manage a guest room in my accommodation, with the one with a view of the sea. Expérience mitigée

Le logeur est très sympathique. L’appartement dispose d’une magnifique terrasse mais celle-ci est conçue pour abriter le chien du propriétaire. On ne peut pas en profiter en famille. Niche du chien, fauteuil du chien. Un canapé avec des coussins très sales. Ni table ni chaise. L’appartement en lui-même est grand et confortable. Mais machine à laver en panne. Très gênant pour une famille avec trois enfants . La batterie de cuisine laissée à disposition des clients consiste en quelques vieilles casseroles inutilisables. Il est très difficile de préparer les repas dans ces conditions. Sinon la vue est sublime. En conclusion, il faudrait revoir tout l’équipement de la cuisine et réparer la machine à laver. Il faudrait aussi nettoyer les vitres et les coussins.
