Private courtyard area for BBQing, dining and relaxing. The fenced front yard is perched far above the street making this home very quiet, private and peaceful. As you walk in the Living room from the front yard, you see the open, oversized kitchen and dining room. The dining room opens up to the private patio with additional dining. The bedroom on this level also has access to the private patio. It has vaulted ceilings, a queen-sized bed, ensuite and walk-in closet. The Laundry room leads to the two car garage with all the beach necessities!

The second floor boasts 3 more bedrooms all with ensuite spacious bathrooms and walk-in closets. Watch the sunset from the front suite with a King-sized bed and fireplace! The back bedroom has a queen bed, pull out couch, and a desk.

Great location. Across the street from the ocean. Amazing sunset views from roof top deck. Great house layout with each room having their own bathroom. Liked the little touches the owners gave; extra toothbrush, plugs by bed had enough for all your tech recharging needs.

Really lovely stay! Great location, amazing rooftop deck (do turn down the hot tub to 100 as host suggests so you don’t hear it in the night though). Well considered and well stocked. Nice “vibe” to the whole house and beautiful views. Highly recommend and would stay again without hesitation!
