Whether it's your first time visiting Circle City or you’re a frequent visitor, our lovely home is the ideal space for you and your guests. With sleeping space for 8, be it a trip for business, pleasure, or a little bit of both, you’re going to love it here! There are multiple fun living spaces for your group. All of our bedrooms have super comfortable mattresses and high-end linens to ensure you get a great night's rest (your comfort is important to us!). Conveniently located just minutes to Downtown (with skyline views from the backyard!), enjoy a home away from home just a short drive to all of Indianapolis’s best and most fun attractions, dining, shopping, and more. Please note that there is another unit upstairs that hosts other guests, outside spaces are shared but there is no indoor interaction between units.

** BED CONFIGURATION **
Bedroom #1: Two Twin beds (upstairs, please note one of the beds is very firm memory foam)
Bedroom #2: Two Queen beds (upstairs)
Bedroom #3: Full bed (downstairs)
Common Spaces: 3 couches that fold out as single beds (two in living room, one in side room near largest bedroom)

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is contactless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in
-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-Ice Maker is temporarily out of order
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
