The holiday home built in 2012 is modernly furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. The sauna is an infrared cabin. For pet owners, please note: the owner only allows the pet to stay on the ground floor.


Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 130 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating and underfloor heating. The heating and the hot water supply to operate on geothermal energy. The entrance is covered, ground level and wheelchair accessible and leads directly in the porch with wardrobe and doors to all rooms. The ground floor is wheelchair accessible (width of doors 92 cm). The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Eat-in kitchen 40 sqm and with fireplace, lounge, TV, DVD and radio. You have access to the 48 sqm terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom 16 sqm and with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom 10 sqm and with shower, 2 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer, window and washing machine. Separate toilet 2 sqm and with 1 washbasin and WC.
Upper floor: Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the 10 sqm balcony. Bedroom 20 sqm and with 2 single beds. Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Zempin (seaside resort). The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with a lawn, flowers, and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Charging electric cars at the holiday property is not allowed. The house is exclusively available for rental through Holiday Home and is not used by the owner. Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

Central heating, underfloor heating. The heating and hot water supply are operated via geothermal energy. Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. Television reception is via satellite.
