Enjoy a getaway at our modern, cozy a-frame cabin just minutes from Hanging Rock. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin is located on a secluded ridge (beautiful views) in Danbury, NC.

Our cabin is only 3 miles from Hanging Rock State Park, voted by USA Today as one of the “20 Stunning State Parks Across the USA.” The Dan River (walking distance) is home to kayaking, tubing, fishing, and white-water; and Pilot Mountain State Park is just 20 miles away!

**Please note, the property is tucked away (1/2 mile off main road) and situated on top of a ridge. Four-wheel drive is not necessary under normal weather circumstances, but please be aware in case of inclement weather such as snow. If vehicle gets stuck under extreme circumstances, the host is not liable.

Enjoyed my stay here! it was beautiful, clean and spacious. The outdoor patio and fire pit were clean and enjoyable. we slept in the downstairs queen bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. That's a biggie after going hiking all day. i couldn't think of anything for a complaint. it was great and pretty private too!

Great location! Enjoyed the porch and that we were the only ones on our street. Having the master up is great for families or groups to have some separation within the house. Hosts were super responsive and provided a helpful local guide.

This property is very clean. All the linens, dishes, and provided toiletries are high quality. This is the first rental we have stayed in where we had everything we needed to clean the floor and wash dishes without running out to the store. The furniture is comfortable. The view is amazing. This place is in the perfect spot in Danbury to enjoy the area. You don't have to worry about forgetting much because there are several stores within 20 minutes. We stayed here with our 4 & 6 year old and did an activity every day. We would love to stay again!

The hosts were awesome and very quick to reply when I had questions. The kitchen was well stocked, and there was firewood, ready to burn in the fire pit which we enjoyed. I will say the upstairs bedroom needed a window blind or curtain. But other than that, it was a great time. We saw deer and rabbits several times in our comings and goings. I would definitely rent this property again.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The home was warm, cozy, and incredibly clean - it felt welcoming the moment we walked in. We made fires every night, played games together, and truly relaxed in the space. It was beautiful inside and out, and created the perfect setting for quality time and great memories.We loved every minute and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Just what we needed!

A clean and comfortable cabin. Living spaces and bedrooms with sufficient space. Fun activities in close proximity. The cabin is a hidden gem in the town of Danbury. We were a family of 6 and highly recommend this cabin.
