Awesome location with a view of the water from the deck, kitchen and living room. Short 3 minute walk to the enormous beach at low tide. Tastefully decorated and clean. No detail left wanting for human or four-legged!

The house was in a great location with a very short walk to the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room to spread out with several different seating areas. Perfect for a large group. The house was very nicely decorated. The host was readily available throughout our stay. A wonderful week away for our family. Highly recommend. We will be back.

We had such a wonderful girls’ trip at The Apex! The house was beautiful, incredibly comfortable, and so thoughtfully decorated. One of our favorite things was being able to walk to Moody Beach — and we loved sitting on the back deck where we could even see the beach! The house had everything we needed and more. There was tons of beach gear, including a wagon that made getting everything to the beach so easy, plus lots of toys and other thoughtful touches for kids. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into making the house comfortable and convenient for guests. It was the perfect home base for our Maine getaway, and we made so many great memories here. We had an amazing trip and would absolutely stay again!

The property is great - we had two families with two toddlers and two infants and there was plenty of space, kitchenware, and some kid friendly items in the house. Short walk to beach etc.Having said this we were disappointed in the communication in the days leading up to our stay. An unseasonable nor’easter coincided - and the management team and owner were not very empathetic about the situation. One of the things I’ve appreciated about renting VRBOs in the past is the thought and personal touch put into helping create a good experience and being mindful of when things fall short. This time, communication felt very transactional. I would have expected a bit more empathy about the severe weather context. That’s the one thing to be mindful of - since a property manager is an intermediary so they run the place well but not very personal.

Great stay! We were traveling with 4 adults and 3 kids (6, 3, 1) and the house worked perfectly for us. It’s a 3 story home. You walk into the first floor with 3 bedrooms, walk up a set of stairs for the master bedroom, kitchen and living room, and then another flight of stairs for a playroom area. The home was extremely kid friendly with games, plastic kitchen stuff, beach toys, etc. It had comfortable beds and was clean.

This place was fantastic. We went with three kids, 2 dogs and six adults. Plenty of room, very comfortable spaces, tons of beach stuff and the kitchen had everything that you need. Communication was great, very fast to get back to us when we had questions. Beach access was nice and the neighborhood is cute and quiet.
