Beautiful home in the gated community of Forest Highlands. Enjoy the cool temperatures and outdoor living Flagstaff has to offer. This home has an indoor wood burning fireplace in the great room for rainy days and a covered outdoor patio with a wood burning fireplace to cozy up to in the evenings. The split floor plan has two master bedrooms with walk in closets. Large open floor plan allows for great entertaining. Newly installed "Tree Bar" with patio to enjoy the beautiful Flagstaff summer nights.
All leases must be for a minimum of 30 consecutive days unless to an existing Forest Highlands Member. Use of any of the common area facilities (Golf Courses, Golf Practice Areas, Golf Course Paths, Putting Course, Pools, Tennis Courts, Clubhouses, Restaurants, Fitness Centers, Sports Park, Ponds/Lakes, disc golf course, playgrounds etc.) IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED by anyone leasing a home unless accompanied by a Forest Highlands Golf Club Member. Renting or leasing a home in Forest Highlands gives you access for ingress and egress to the home only, and use of the roads and walking trail for walking/biking
