Magnificent duplex flat just renovated (Sept 2022), modern, quiet and fully equipped, ideally located in a magnificent building in the centre of Paris, in the famous Marais district and a few minutes from the famous Place des Vosges. The location is trendy, chic and very lively thanks to its pedestrian streets which give access to many of the capital's trendy bars, restaurants and fashion boutiques. My accommodation is ideal for a stay as a couple, with family or friends

Beautiful and new duplex flat of 45m2 fully equipped on the ground floor on a quiet courtyard with trees

The flat includes :
- Living room with 1 sofa bed
- 1 table and chairs
- Television & Wifi
- Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, cooker, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher)
- 1 bedroom with a double bed accessible by stairs
- Bathroom with shower, WC.

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.

We sincerely hope that your stay will be the best possible. As specified in our house rules, there is an additional cost for late arrivals:
From 7pm to 11pm: 30 euros
After 11pm: 50 euros
