Magnificent duplex flat, modern, quiet, and fully equipped, ideally located in a magnificent building in the center of Paris, 10 minutes from the HOTEL DE VILLE, in the famous Marais district and a few minutes from the famous Place des Vosges. The location is trendy, chic, and very lively thanks to its pedestrian streets which give access to many of the capital's trendy bars, restaurants, and fashion boutiques. My accommodation is ideal for a stay as a couple, with family or friends

Beautiful and new duplex flat of 45m2 fully equipped on the ground floor on a quiet courtyard with trees

This apartment is in a safe, walkable location near many cafes and shopping. Spacious for the price and clean. It got a little warm in July, but provides fans helped. Set up with loft bedroom upstairs made it feel spacious.

Great location

We stayed 3 nights in this lovely flat. The apartment is situated at the back of a quiet courtyard in a fantastic location. Lots of amazing things to do and see - all within walking distance. If you’re not walkers, the Metro is a few minutes away.

Comfortable apartment in lovely neighborhood

We really enjoyed the extra space and airy feel of this loft-style unit—having the bed upstairs made it feel roomy and unique. Just a heads-up: the stairs are a bit steep, so they might not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Overall, it was a super comfortable stay in a fantastic neighborhood with lots of great restaurants, shops, and amenities close by.

Mom traveling with my you young adult son

This apartment was ideal for us . It was conveniently located in the Marais . It provided a perfect jumping off spot for our daily walking explorations throughout Paris. We put in 8-10 miles on foot each day and slept soundly in this cozy refuge.

Perfect location in the Marais district

Photos truly reflect the actual apartment. Bed in loft area is very comfortable with lots of storage space. Large and very nice bathroom. Kitchen is small but functional.The location is very quiet even though you’re in the heart of the Marais. We felt very safe and it was nice to be in a residential area. There are so many options for dining and for picking up groceries to have breakfast in before heading out for the day. Not far to walk to Rue de Rivoli and to the Seine. An ideal location in my opinion.Host was easy to reach and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Amazing

The apartment is perfect. I will definitely stay here again. It gives the best of both words--it's on a quiet street with a lovely, green courtyard AND is within one block of many excellent restaurants and terrific shopping. It also is very close to key landmarks. The loft bedroom also is perfectly situated to give privacy and space for multiple travelers. The management company was very helpful and arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport. The manager was very responsive to messages.

The location was great. The owner was kind enough to come and set up my WiFi. I pick this place because I thought it was listed as having a full bath and a half bath. It only had 1 full bath. The fold out bed had only one pillow.

Marais apartment

The neighborhood was not what we expected, but no fault of staff.Drapes were partially hanging off the rod and not fixed. Toilet was filthy inside, the outside was okay but the bottom was almost black and disgusting. The seat was not the appropriate size. The lighting by the front door and into courtyard was really limited at night. Very darkThe apartment fit our needs but was not up to par. The kitchen was clean and the rest of the apartment except for bathroom. Thank you for great communication along the way. It was appreciated.

Two weeks in Le Marais

The apartment was perfect for us. The WiFi was intuitive and easy and supported our stay the entire time. We wanted to enjoy simple meals - especially breakfast - using local shops. The compact but complete kitchen was perfect. The loft bedroom meant the early riser could go down for coffee and not disturb the later sleeper. The roomy dining table let us spread out our maps and devices while still having room for breakfast and snacks. We had hoped to entertain some friends, but their plans changed. It would have worked fine. When we had questions for the hosts - they were answered promptly and well. The washer-drier helped us reduce our baggage and worked very well. This location helped us discover the RATP bus system, which is like a bargain tour system. But the Metro is convenient too. We are a little elder, so after a day of touring, we stayed in the area for dinner. We enjoyed every meal! You really should make reservations. The area is very popular. We were very pleased with our stay, recommend it highly and would stay there again!

If you’re sensitive to light at night, bring a sleep mask

This is a ground-floor studio apartment, with a loft bedroom, in a wonderful neighborhood Issues I experienced that made for a less-than-perfect stay included: 1. There is a courtyard light right outside the front door that shines through the opaque front door at night. This causes the apartment to be lit enough that it interrupts sleep. 2. The owner uses multiple platforms to share apartment information, not just Vrbo, including yaago and WhatsApp. Questions I directed to the owner via Vrbo were never answered, but whether that was because of the app/website or other reasons, I could not tell. I even tried calling, and it wasn’t until after Vrbo provided an alternate phone number that was I finally able to reach the owner and get answers to my questions

Central in Le Marais in quiet neighborhood

I recently stayed in a lovely loft apartment in Le Marais and had a great experience overall. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, about 7-12 minutes from multiple metro spots. Despite the tranquility of the street, the Le Marais neighborhood itself is lively, with lots of fantastic cafes and stores. There are markets and bakeries nearby as well, making it convenient to grab fresh food and pastries. The courtyard is charming, and I didn't have any interactions with neighbors, which added to the sense of privacy. Inside, the apartment was clean and exactly as advertised. One minor issue was that I couldn't get the sofa bed open, and the sofa itself wasn't very comfortable because it shifted when you sat on it. However, this wasn't a deal breaker, and I didn't feel the need to mention it to the manager. The amenities, including the TVs, kitchenette, and washer/dryer, were great and very useful during my stay. Communication with the host was good, but I recommend using email instead of the app for faster responses. I felt completely safe walking through the streets late at night, and the apartment was spacious enough to provide privacy between the loft and living area. I would definitely stay here again if you enjoy exploring the neighborhood and want easy access to the metro and cafes.

Amazing location!

I booked this rental for a week and here are my take aways, hope they help!PROS: 1. The best location in the city, in my opinion. I travel to Paris often and usually stay in the Latin Quarter, but from now on Le Marais wins. Cute shopping, amazing food, great museums. 2. The apartment itself is located in a quart yard so there’s an added layer of security plus it’s extremely quiet! Noise from this vibrant neighborhood was never an issue. 3. The bed is super comfortable if you like a firm mattress. Sheets are soft, pillows nice and squishy. 4. The water stays hot and the shower pressure is good. CONS1. The couch in the photos is not the couch in the apartment. The futon that’s there now would literally slide apart every time you sat down. It’s held together by very weak Velcro.I can’t speak to the comfort as using it as a bed, but for sitting purposes it was awful. 2. There was some communication issues involving check-in. When I booked I was told I could arrive as early as needed at no extra charge and then on arrival day told I would have to pay extra. I ended up paying to keep my bags in a locker nearby. Not a great way to start a vacation. 3. There’s no information in the listing regarding garbage take out so if you’re planning on being there for an extended stay be prepared for the trash to pile up. Overall, in my opinion, the positives outweigh the negatives as for most travelers it’s all about location and safety and both were top notch.
