** 4th of July 2026 will be a two week stay from 6/27/26-7/11/26 ** Built in 1937, Summersalt combines quintessential New England beach house charm with modern updates and fun, unique touches throughout. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you might need to cook at home, including a gas range, Instant Pot, crockpot and air fryer. Warm summer evenings invite cookouts on the grill and meals on the patio. With access to the private Lee Manor beach just a 2-3 minute walk away, you'll be able to soak up the sun from a lounge chair, swim in the gentle waves of the Long Island Sound and search for seashells along a private and pristine section of shoreline in Madison.

They love bringing their young family back to enjoy the beauty of the Long Island Sound during all seasons of the year -- summertime is always a favorite, but the serenity of the wintertime beaches draws them back time and time again!

Well-equipped with all the comforts of home, including a king-sized bed in the primary bedroom, a Sleep Number queen bed in the secondary bedroom, and everything you'll need to cook for your group. Catch glimpses of the water from the second floor and stroll to it in just minutes. The activities in Madison are endless, from running and hiking trails to wineries and breweries just a short drive away.

Summersalt is nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood just minutes from I-95. With easy access to the Long Island Sound, you can take a stroll on the beach in the morning, paddle your kayak around the Madison shore by day, and watch the sunset in the evening. The nautical-themed bunk room, complete with portholes in the bunks and beanbags nestled into a reading corner, is a family favorite. Kids of all ages are delighted by the custom swings at the kitchen counter!
