This spacious vacation home overlooking the valley is located on a 12 hectare property with vineyards, hazelnut, kiwi and olive trees, 6 km from Vignanello in an area rich in history and art. The adjacent garden is fenced and has a small wooden house for children's games, an area planted with trees and an equipped green area with the beautiful swimming pool. Ideal starting point to visit the most beautiful art cities of the "Tuscia Viterbese" area around Viterbo and the southern part of Umbria. Distances: 6 km Vignanello, 25 km the Vico Lake, 22 km Sutri, 29 km Viterbo, 67 km the "eternal city" Rome and the beautiful free and equipped sandy beaches of the Tyrrhenian Sea. On the second floor there is a one-room apartment with kitchenette, double bed and double sofa bed.
