The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. This holiday property is a family-friendly accommodation. Available for shared use: lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, garden shower, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, and courtyard. Swing, bowling. By arrangement with the landlord, there is the possibility to experience a rally test drive with a 15% discount. Baby cots and high chairs are available on request.

Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 5 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 130 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating and central heating (wood/coal). Fireplace (we provide wood for an extra charge during the heating period) The entrance leads over an external stair and a terrace directly in the kitchen. Siófok, 150 m ASL. The holiday home is situated on an 1800 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The other semi-detached house contains the apartments BAL SIO 401 (6 people) and Balsio 656 (6 people). Access is via a side street (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
