Amazing view of the gulf from this luxurious, two-bedroom, two-bath, larger (1136 square feet, not 1020 square feet) unit at the Majestic Sun on Seascape Golf Resort in Destin, Florida. The master bedroom also faces the beach. Wake up each morning, open your eyes, and see the ocean! The master bedroom as well as the living room opens up to an extended balcony where you may sit and dine, or just watch the dolphins play (may be seen at dusk and dawn!).

Full-size washer and dryer inside the unit. A complete stainless steel kitchen provided offers many cooking utensils. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a very comfortable, sleeper, queen-size sofa. TVs and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms.

Your upgraded Florida Gulf coast vacation rental home has been designed by a professional interior decorator. Rich Beach inspired colors blanket the home. You will not find a nicer two bedroom at the Majestic Sun!


Private gated pool: Only guests of the Majestic Sun and its affiliates may use your privately gated heated multilevel indoor and outdoor pools. So relax poolside and enjoy a drink, play in the refreshing waterfall, or soak your stress away in either of your in ground hot tub spas-all overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico!


The MajesticSun is located on the beachside of Seascape Golf and Tennis resort. The beach is just across a small street. The Majestic Sun is NOT directly on the beach.




Fine dining: Fine dining choices are plentiful at the Majestic Sun. Room service from the Cabana Café is available, however, if you prefer to cook yourself, grocery stores can be found about 1 mile away. If you prefer to eat on the beach, you must visit Seascape’s own Whale’s Tail Bar and Grill. It is just a few steps from your front door! Fine dining at the Cabana Café is also onsite providing extensive breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus. Feel like going out? Try a dinner cruise with Sunquest Cruises!! There are also many local seafood restaurants close by.


Ammenities: Need some excitement? Big Kahuna’s water park and Putt Putt is about 10 minutes away. Sailing, Snorkeling, Dolphin cruises, sunset cruises and fishing charters are also available in Destin. There is something for everyone!
The front door of the Majestic Sun is about 50 feet to your private beach! Seascape Golf and Tennis resort owns 2,000 feet of white sand beach!! An on-site beach-chair service and TIKI bar is there to assist your beach relaxation needs. A short stroll towards Seascape’s beachside Whale’s Tails restaurant and bar will take you right by the water-sports checkout desk where Parasailing, Wave Runner Rentals, Kayaking and Paddle Boards are available, as well as Resort Bike Rental. You can rent a jet ski, wave runner, catamaran boat, or jump on the floating fun-deck (all services are subject to availability and fees).

We really enjoy Seascape Resorts and stating in a Majestic Sun condo.

There were a few minor maintenance issues, but nothing serious. The floors looked clean, but needed mopped.We would not hesitate to stay again.

Our experience with booking and check in was terrific. Pictures were accurate. The only thing that could use some help would be the building cleanliness. (such as elevators and trash area. ). We would stay again for sure! The view is amazing!!!!

Overall property was fine, but discouraging the dishwasher was in need of repair, ice maker leaked into the fridge and froze our food, stove needs repair to burner, doors to both decks were impossible to open, but view was amazing! Weather could of been better too, but....we were on vacation and the change of scenery was needed.

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, sometimes appliances do break. We have had both the dishwasher and stove repaired. Thank you for letting us know! Fortunately, We have an onsite maintenance company to help us with these issues that happen from time to time. The sliding glass doors are built to withstand a category 5 hurricane. I agree, they are heavy. We have them inspected every few years to replace worn out parts.

We have stayed at this condo complex many times. This is a nice unit because the bedroom faces the ocean. It is high up so you get a great view. The condo is not well stocked. Very small shampoo, not much soap, no salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc., so just know that ahead of time. Nice furnishings, but it is very outdated. Location cleanliness great. Also no rugs anywhere which drove me a little crazy.

Everything thing was great the initial check in was a bit confusing but it was actually very easy. Make you bring detergent to wash your towels because it’s extra charge to change them out. I would call and reserve the beach umbrellas early if you want front row. It’s not that it’s crowded at all but it’s something to know. As for the area it’s ridiculously beautiful. Great for families. The good food is non existent past 9 pm so late night snacking will need some planning. It is pricey but it’s a great getaway. My kids are in love with the area. We’ll be back next year.

The Condo was very nice. Good Location. The only problem we had was the AC was not good in the Mater Bedroom. I couldn’t imagine how hot it would be in the summer. It would be nice if they could come up with a sunshade for out on balcony during the heat of the day. But other than that it was beautiful. We love Destin.

A great place to stay

Lovely week. Great location. A super place to stay. We enjoyed the sea, the waves, the sands, the local restaurants, crazy golf along the road to Destin, sitting watching the boats in the Destin marina. Our only problem was the agent didn’t send us a code for the door but a very helpful resident did a good job getting it as he knew the company. A comment from only me is I wish I had known it was 10 floors up as I hate heights. It wasn’t mentioned in the info. A great place to stay. Thanks.

Wonderful location and view of the ocean! I would stay here again. A few things I do feel the owner would benefit from knowing is the cleanliness of the place was needing attention. I would suggest the attention be directed to the cleanliness of the showers, washing machine and supplies available to keep the place routinely clean. When staying 7 nights, a sample of soap for each day stayed for basic hand washing, dish washing and laundry would be a nice and much appreciated accommodation for this VRBO. Instead a trip to the store for dish, laundry soap, tilex for mold, paper towels and toilet paper was needed for a 7 night stay. 2 rolls of tp for 6 people for 7 days is cutting it pretty slim. Also a working vacuum cleaner to help keep this beautiful condo clean would have helped with sand management.

Great location, we could see the beach. The property is nice, great, kitchen, living area, master suite. It was bright and sunny. The owner is very responsive, great communication. We had a problem when we arrived, the place had not been cleaned properly, or done in a hurry. We called him and sent pictures. He responded right away. Not the owner's fault. We cleaned up the whole place. We washed all the linens, etc., not something you want to do when you first arrive. In the end, we did get our cleaning fee refunded by the owner. He will deal directly with the property management.
