This vacation home, which comes from a former barn next to an old manor house, is located just 18 km from Florence and has undergone various transformations from the 15th century. The property is located in a quiet area, the road ends at the accommodation and only the house next to the barn is occupied by the family that takes care of the maintenance of the property. The house enjoys good independence with views of the surrounding hills. The charming city of Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance and rich in art, will fascinate you with its majestic Duomo, the bell tower of Giotto, the masterpieces of the Uffizi Gallery, the beautiful Ponte Vecchio, the shopping streets and the rock events in summer. The access road (about 900 m) is unpaved in an uneven section and not suitable for low and sports cars. Arrivals exclusively 5 - 8 pm. Departures no later than 9 am.
