Update!!!! Building is undergoing concrete work.balconies are not accessible until mid December. Pool is open and beach excess is open.

Just a friendly reminder, during your stay, please follow the house rules : -Please treat the apartment as your own home. This is not a hotel.
- Please try to leave the Unit in the same condition as you find it. You will find soap and toilet paper when you arrive, then you'll have to provide your own toiletries ( shampoo, soap, toilet paper, etc) There are several stores located at walking distance .
Please take garbage out, do dishes or place on dishwasher already cleaned on your check out .
-Take care of Linens and Towels (towels are not to clean the counter top or kitchen)
-This is a NON Smoking unit!! Smoking inside will result in a minimum additional cleaning Fee $200 .
-Pets are not permitted .
-Guest is responsible for any damage in the apartment.
-Rate includes a one time departure cleaning fee. Guests who leave the premises excessively dirty will be required to pay an extra cleaning fee.
-No daily maid service included. Additional cleaning is available for an additional fee upon request.
- Leave as much sand as possible outside the unit.

-Check in: after 4 pm
-Check out time: 11 am

PACK AND PLAY available Upon Request ( $30 Fee ) doesn't include sheets, blanket and pillow for the baby .

BASIC RULES:

-NO smoking inside the apartment

at check out everything will be reviewed.
In the event that the cleaning staff finds damaged objects, towels stained with blood, makeup or others, the guest will be charged the amount corresponding to the replacement of the damaged object. No exceptions.

The unit has beautiful views, nice furnishings and was clean. But…The air conditioning vent was covered in what looked like black mold. The black out shades for primary bedroom window opening to the building across was not yet installed. The double doors to the balcony was missing the handle.

Great location

Karla was a great host. The condo was beautiful and clean. She answered every question immediately, very close to everything. The 24 hour valet was easy. It was an all over wonderful experience. Thank you again.

Too many problems with property

Overall, the location was great. We had so many issues after we arrived. I can send you a list of the things that didn't work in the property that we discovered after we arrived that were a big part of our decision on choosing this property. If you would like to know those issues, i will send you a list as there are more than what i can list here. Just let me know where to send the list. I feel like a partial refund is due because of the things we had to deal with.

We enjoyed our stay

This was a very nice apartment. The five of us had plenty of space. The owner provided beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler which we took advantage of. Property seemed to be be well run. We took advantage of laundry which never had a wait. Some delays with waiting for elevators. Pool rarely had an available chair, but we worked around it. We did need a car to get places - exploring the Broadwalk was fun and parking fees were reasonable.
