Newly renovated Hale Moi top floor suite in the most desirable location in Princeville.
Steps from Hideaways Beach, Secret Beach and St Regis Hotel Beach. Ideally located walking distance to swimmable beaches to see sea turtles and snorkel. No other neighborhood in Princeville is able to offer this as well as a great surfing beach. Just across the street is the best spot to watch the sunset on Kauai. Locals and vacationers gather each night to watch the sunset behind Bali Hai mountain.

The St Regis Hotel is a 5 minute walk away. Soon to reopen as "One Hotel Wellness Resort" offering restaurants and a juice bar. Across the street is Hideaways Pizza Pub which has indoor booth or table seating and a great bar. They offer is a huge variety of salads and pizzas. The restaurant is as delicious as it is convenient.

Newly installed (March 2022) air conditioning with remote control will be appreciated during our warm summer months.

I thought it would be a wonderful amenity to offer a high end massage chair for my guests so I hope you will enjoy a massage after a day of hiking or playing in the water.

The top of the line king size Tempur-pedic Mattress is the "Adapt" medium soft model and extremely comfortable. There is an adjustable base with remote control that will allow you to watch TV or read in the position that is most comfortable for you. There is also a built in massage in the base to the bed.

Little extras are provided as well including a blow dryer, magnifying mirror, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Additionally I provide complimentary coffee for Keurig and French Press.

The bedding is Cozy Earth organic bamboo which was voted as Oprah's Favorite. It's extremely soft and comfortable.

Absolutely Amazing

My husband and I absolutely loved this listing! It was so clean and cozy. We were sad to leave and will 100% come back. The massage chair was a huge plus and the balcony view with birds chirping in the trees was beautiful. The bed was so comfy as well! Linda was a great host!

40th Anniversary Trip

Great place and great host. Undersold if anything. We dealt with a bit of an unexpected construction zone. The host did everything in her power to make of comfortable and happy. Would return for sure.

60th Birthday!

Linda was the best host. Always answered messages timely. Enjoyed the massage chair, proximity to ocean, walking trails, golf, food, and shopping. Hope to visit again one day!

I have always loved Kauai.
This year I sold my vacation home in Lake Tahoe to purchase my home in Princeville. I had a great time living here while I was renovating and getting to know the locals who are wonderfully kind and friendly. I also enjoyed getting to know several geckos and cardinals who visited regularly for papaya and watermelon.
I am plant based and have figured out all of the secret and not so secret healthy places to eat on the island.
I live in Canada and look forward to escaping a bit of winter to enjoy Kauai each year.

Why they chose this property

I love the north shore so I looked at all of the neighborhoods in Kauai before realizing The Hale Moi's were located in the best location in Princeville. Steps to the sunset spot, steps to 3 beaches and steps to golf, tennis and restaurants and The St Regis Resort and Hanalei Bay Resort. I love the old Hawaiian cottage feel with the vaulted ceilings. They're so romantic and fun to experience.
