This ocean facing unit, first floor condo has a patio as well as access to the homeowners infinity pool (that overlooks the Atlantic), Resorts World casino, restaurants at the Hilton and the Fisherman’s Village.

Ocean Front 2/2 condo will leave you wanting more. This condo’s location & amenities will have you planning your next visit the moment you arrive. Dining room table seats 6, as well as patio seating to enjoy those sunsets. Fully functional kitchen, 2 bunk beds (twin over twin and twin over full) the 2nd room a king bed in the master with soft furnishings & upholstery making it feel like a luxurious retreat. Enjoy views of the crystal clear blue waters with a short walk from your front door.

Under no circumstances are large gatherings, parties or unlisted guest permitted on the property.

All guest are to provide a copy of photo ID nlt 5 days prior to check-in. The HOA Office will be provided a list of approved guests and wristbands will be provided. Any guest not previously approved will not be provided a wrist band and will not be permitted in the unit. The unit is video monitored and overseen by an on island caretaker and in the event an unapproved /unlisted guest is staying in the unit the registered guest and all other members will be asked to leave without warning.

New Years in Bimini

Great location, walk to Casino, Beach, Pool. Condo was well equipped and clean, would definitely recommend. Great value for the location and condition.

Great

The unit was nice, clean, and decently stocked. The beds and the furniture was comfortable. There was some confusion (maybe on my part) about the amenities offered by the Hilton Resort - they are not accessible unless you pay additional fees (and the fitness center not at all, which was a bummer for my husband). and the main resort pool is closed and looks like it has been for quite some time. It was still a great vacation, and the beaches were beautiful! I also liked how close the unit is to the Hilton - it made grabbing the morning Starbucks a breeze! And walking to the beach was super easy! I would definitely stay on this end of the North island.

This place checked all the boxes

Everything promised was delivered. The owners were more than helpful and accommodating. The view was perfect and steps from the most beautiful beach and water. Conveniently located and I would highly recommend. Till next time…

I was so impressed

The Property was nothing but amazing, super clean, modern, TV's in all rooms property manager was there when I needed her, the pressure of the water was perfect, It was close to everything really really this will be my pace to stay all the time
