The light and bright living room has a cozy sofa with 2 swivel chairs & a large coffee table, perfect for family game nights and late night chit chats. Enjoy your favorite movies on the large flat screen TV and snuggle up with your loved ones. The downstairs level features hardwood floors throughout with a large brick-hearth fireplace as the room's focal point. In the dining area you will find the large square table, which seats six in chairs, and two more if you pull up the entryway bench, to be generous enough to accommodate your whole crew. There are also two swivel stools to provide a perch for those wanting to sit at the island.
The spacious kitchen features stainless steel appliances with granite counter tops and all you need to make delicious home cooked meals is within reach. Start your mornings off with a Keurig coffee, whip up family favorites for a picnic style lunch on the beach, or end the day with a cozy dinner listening to the rhythmic sounds of the ocean waves. The memories are yours for the making! A half bath is just around the corner from the living area, at the base of the stairs, and features small details which make the space feel like home away from home!
When ready to relax and unwind after the day's adventures, head upstairs to get some rest in one of the four bedrooms. At the end of the hallway you will find the master bedroom providing a comfortable queen bed and private bathroom with soaking tub and shower. The remaining three bedrooms share the full hall bathroom with walk-in shower. One of the additional bedrooms contains a comfy queen bed while another boasts a king bed and the last bedroom provides twin beds. All bedrooms and bathrooms are outfitted with premier linens for your ultimate comfort. This home comfortably sleeps eight people.

Staircase/Accessibility This unit is a split-level Home. The home has (2) sets of 6 stairs. (1) to enter the home from the garage (optional) and (1) to access the bedrooms as seen in the living room photo.
Air-Conditioning This home does not have air conditioning. Box fans are provided for your comfort, and if additional cooling is needed, a portable AC unit can be rented from a local vendor for $399.

This property was the perfect spot for our family beach week! We loved the location on the sand and enjoyed every minute of our stay there. The house was comfortable and clean. We had an issue with one of the toilets and the management team was quick to respond and get it fixed.

We got four generations together to celebrate a 90th birthday. The huge patio was a perfect for the great grandparents to watch the kids play in the sand. The kitchen was open, and beautiful and the house provided plenty of space for everyone. Thanks for an amazing weekend!

Great location, right on the sand. Clean property and was well stocked. There are some older features that need a little maintenance such as the interior shutters, exterior paint, etc...but in a home right on the ocean it is very normal and was not something that affected our stay. All aspects made you feel at home on the beach. We would definitely stay here again.
This is a fantastic location for a large group of people. The beach side deck w/ a grill was a hit and you have a clear view of the ocean. The beach is busy on weekends but you don' feel like it is crowded since the house is further up from the water. The house itself is nothing special. There are leaky and loose faucets, the beds are not super comfortable, and there is some dried out and crusty caulk in the shower and tub, but that is not the draw of this place. We would gladly stay here again.
Serious health and safety issue with BBQ. after we started to bbq meats a grease fire started in the bottom of the bbq that had not been cleaned. had to shut it down, ruined $200 worth of meets and spoiled what was to be the celebration dinner that was the focus of this trip. Sent detailed complaint to Tower 17 management one week ago and no reply.
The location of the back patio being right on the beach is the best part about the property. There is plenty of seating and having the grill out there is great. The house is an older home and needs some updating, especially in the bathrooms. For people who plan on cooking, the kitchen is not fully stocked with the proper pots/pans so if you are cooking for a crowd (we had 7 people) it was a little challenging. There were also not enough forks or bath towels for everyone, but the management company remedied that quickly. We did have issues with the kitchen sink leaking and had to keep towels under the sink so the water wouldn't spill out onto the floor. The management company did send someone out to take a look, but they were not going to be able to fix it until after we left. Overall, it was a nice place to stay and we all agreed that because of the location on the beach we would stay there again.
This property was a cute cottage on the sand we stayed with two families eight total and it was a perfect size. The house is in a great location on the sand. This house is fully stocked with beach chairs toys and boogie boards. There is no air conditioning and in the listing it said box fans for all windows where included we could only find three working tower fans that did not reach the windows. The garbage disposal was not working and full of food on arrival, we called and they said some one would be by to fix it, but we never saw anyone the week we where there. The house also did not have a working vacuum which was hard staying on the sand with kids. For the nightly price of this rental we expected a little more quality. The bedrooms do not have any locks on the doors which was inconvenient , and the door from the garage to the house also does not have a lock on it. The bedrooms also do not have working light switches you have to manually turn the lamps on which is not a big issue just for the nightly price we have stayed at better. There is quite a ant issue which often happens at the beach, but this is probably the biggest one we have dealt with in Newport. We did notice ant traps through out the house so I’m sure they are aware. We probably would not stay at this location again for that price. Overall it was clean and kept up and great location.

This house is in a perfect beach location. Spacious patio to enjoy before stepping onto the sand. Nice open interior layout with a beach house feel but comfortable seating and upgraded appliances. Good mix of very comfortable beds in the 4 bedrooms in the upper level. House provided a beach experience with an upgraded amenities feel.
