Come experience this cozy, clean, hand-hewn log cabin with exceptional attention to detail. Crafted by Jeff and Sheila Prust, who are well known for their woodworking, imagination, and artistry.

Enjoy this tastefully furnished & appointed 2 BR/2BA cabin, with north woods rustic decor, but without roughing it! It is a 'one-of-a-kind' in beautiful Door County, Wisconsin. Come stay in this relaxing atmosphere nestled in 5 acres of hardwoods.

We spray for mosquitoes and ticks around the cabin and fire pit all season. It is eco-friendly and it works!

KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS:
Fully-equipped (should you want to cook), featuring refrigerator (second one in the basement), built-in microwave, full-size stove & dishwasher. Kitchen also features Cuisinart coffee maker, toaster, blender, Stereo, garbage disposal, & more.

SUNROOM HIGHLIGHTS:
Very comfortable pull-out sofa with air cushioned mattress top. 55" 4K TV with sound bar, sub woofer, blue ray DVD player & over 200 channels via Direct TV. Select DVD library. Beautiful Door County fieldstone gas fireplace with blower if needed. Windows galore! Great game and reading room as well!!

We are so happy we got to experience this quiet gem located in Door County. The cabin was just as advertised! Great central location to all the sights in the area. It was perfect in every way…extremely clean, comfortable, well appointed and quiet. Check in and out was seamless. It was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy quality time with friends after exploring the area each day. Would highly recommend!!!

Beautiful cabin in a spot that’s both β€˜away from it all’ and β€˜close to everything.’ Having never been to the area we weren’t sure if we’d chosen a good enough location but couldn’t have asked for a better place. So many hiking/biking/exploring areas are within 20-30 minutes, the shops and restaurants in Egg Harbor are good and for more choice, Fish Creek is just up the road. Communication was clear and prompt, the space is well cared for and our whole family loved it. Would def recommend to others and would return without question.

This was our 11th stay at Hidden Bear Cabin! We always love coming back to this beautiful and peaceful cabin in the woods. It has everything you might need to make your stay fun and comfortable and is conveniently located to everything Door County has to offer. We enjoy just hanging out at the cabin. Morning coffee in the lounge or on the front porch and making s'mores around the outside firepit under a moonlit sky are two of our favorite things to do. Hoping to be back next year for stay #12!

We’ve been coming to Door County every summer for the past 20 years, usually staying for a week. We have been blessed to stay at many of the nicest rental cabins on the peninsula. However, my family has voted Hidden Bear our most favorite of all time. What a fantastic place! The cabin is perfect - we loved the decor (as people of Faith, it was refreshing to be in a place where Faith is supported), the location was central to all of our favorites, and the solitude. We have a busy life and the best part of a family vacation for us is to slow down, do the centering work to realign with our values and priorities, and restore mind/body/spirit. Thank you for the honor of staying at Hidden Bear. We will be back next summer!

We spent a wonderful week at this cabin in the woods outside Egg Harbor. The host was super responsive. The cabin was decorated in such a fun way, that we continued to notice all of the little thoughtful details throughout our entire stay. It was an easy drive into Egg Harbor, but also far enough away that it felt like we were completely away from it all. Would highly recommend and would stay again if in the area!
