This apartment can accommodate four people, with a separate sleeping area and a sofa bed. It features a balcony with views on two sides, and its location just a stone’s throw from the lake on Annecy’s chic shopping street makes it a real gem.
The bedroom has a 140x190cm bed and the living room has a sofa bed. Air conditioning in the living room.
The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a kettle, a toaster, etc.
The bathroom has a bath and a toilet.
Linen will be provided for your stay, including bed linen, towels and kitchen tea towels.
You can enjoy the nearby bars and restaurants after a lovely day by the lake or in the mountains; you won’t need a car for the duration of your stay.
The lake is a 3-minute walk away. Bicycle hire is available nearby (there’s a superb cycle path that goes all the way round the lake).
The flat is situated on a shopping street. Parking is available in the secure, pay-and-display Bonlieu underground car park (around €11 for 24 hours), a 4-minute walk away.
Check-in is available every day from 4pm to 10pm; you can check in independently using a key box. Instructions will be sent to you by email the day before your stay.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we’d be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. However, we can only confirm this on the day itself.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not being taken over that same evening.
On the morning of your departure, please remember to put clean crockery back in the cupboards, leave your bed linen and towels on the floor, and empty your bins in the storage room on the ground floor.
