Walk to the sandy beaches of Indian Wells beach and Atlantic beach. Just an 8 min drive to East Hampton town where you can explore the glamorous shops of East Hampton , 20 mins to Montauk. Endless hours of relaxing or fun. Spend the afternoon in Sag Harbor and take the ferry to Shelter Island or stay at the house and enjoy the beautiful landscaped backyard with saltwater pool and hot tub/spa . Lounge on the fully furnished covered porch. Gas BBQ ,outdoor kitchen.
