Come stay at this charming, pristine condition one story home in Spring Lake Heights, just one mile from the beach. Fully furnished. The house is on its own lot and not connected to another property. House available to rent for summer 2024, and we still have available Sunday June 23 - end of summer. The house has a two bedrooms and one bathroom. Large master bedroom has a queen, and second bedroom has a full bed and a huge walk-in closet that could fit a pack-n-play easily. Fully redone eat-in kitchen with granite counters, washer/dryer easily accessible on main floor, back patio, and lovely front porch for morning coffee. The house is in a coveted, quiet family-oriented neighborhood one mile from the beach. Owners live in the neighborhood, around the corner from the house, in case you need anything! Central air, two huge TVs with cable, stand up shower (no tub), dishwasher.

Summer Getaway

My husband and I rented this lovely home for six weeks this summer and loved it! It was just what we needed as a getaway from the city. Eileen and Justin are extremely responsive to any questions or concerns that arise. The house is very clean and comfortable, and just a few minutes from the beach in a car (or bike if you prefer). We very much enjoyed our time here and would recommend to anyone! Thanks, Eileen and Justin!
