The first (main) outbuilding consists of:
On the ground floor:
- an entryway
- a beautiful living room with a fireplace, 2 sofas, and 2 benches, a table seating 8 to 10 people, and a second table seating 4 to 6 people
- a very well-equipped open-concept kitchen
- a bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) that can be pushed together to form a double bed, and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower
- a separate toilet
- a washing machine and dryer
Upstairs:
- A double bedroom (1 bed measuring 160 cm x 190 cm) and a rollaway bed (80 x 170 cm, suitable only for a young child), with an en suite bathroom featuring a shower and toilet
