Beautiful vacation home with small private pool in the village of Capezzano Pianore. Here you will spend an ideal stay to visit both Tuscany and Liguria. The house is equipped by a private garden (300 m²) with gazebo with table, chairs and barbecue. Excellent location to reach the famous seaside resorts of Versilia such as Camaiore 5 km, Lido di Camaiore 4 km, Viareggio 6 km, Forte dei Marmi 12 km, Pietrasanta 5.2 km, Lucca 30 km. Organize trips to Carrara, to the small villages of the Apuan Alps, to Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta, where every summer numerous art and photo events are organized. In Forte dei Marmi, with its beautiful stores and boutiques, shopping is almost a must. Also take the opportunity to visit the Cinque Terre National Park with its paths, castles and five picturesque, well-preserved villages. The Versilia region is a green coast with excellent tourist infrastructures, elegant stores and intense nightlife.

Un beau séjour

Très belle propriété, qui bénéficie d’un grand jardin, des coins d’ombre et d’autres bien ensoleillé, de quoi contenter tout le monde. La maison est bien agencée, très pratique. Son emplacement permet de rejoindre la mer en quelques minutes de voiture et permet aussi de visiter la toscane. Et très bon accueil des propriétaires !!!

La casa è divisa molto bene e ben accessoriata e lo spazio esterno è uno spettacolo

Nonostante sia necessario prendere la macchina per andare al mare (10 minuti in macchina per lido di Camaiore) ci tornerei. La casa è vicinissima ad un supermercato e al paese. I proprietari, che abitano nella casa vicino, sono discreti ma disponibilissimi e gentilissimi. Un soggiorno veramente bello!!! Siamo stati i primi italiani a soggiornarvi ma lo consiglio anche ad altri!! Grazieeee
