Great place right on the beach. Condo is well appointed with everything one could need. Host provided beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, which were greatly appreciated. There is currently construction happening ( September) but as we were.usually not there between nine and five it wasn't a problem. Lots of great restaurants within a short drive.

Thank you so much for the great review! I’m really glad you enjoyed the condo and its location. 😊 I make sure the condo has everything I want and need for my own vacation, so I’m happy that you appreciated it as well. And thankfully, all the construction work is now completed! The building is now hurricane-resistant and looks like new. It was a pleasure hosting you, and I hope to welcome you back to Florida again!

Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommend! Our weekend getaway was absolutely wonderful! The condo exceeded our expectations and was exactly as described in the listing. From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and right at home.Marc was an amazing host—friendly, attentive, and extremely responsive. We truly appreciated his hospitality and willingness to ensure we had a great experience! The condo was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The updated appliances and comfortable bedding made our stay even more enjoyable. The breathtaking views of both the beach and marina were an added bonus! We especially loved the direct beach access, peaceful atmosphere, affordable valet parking, and convenience of the 24-hour front desk staff. This was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy some much-needed time away. Thank you, Marc, for sharing your beautiful condo and making our stay so memorable! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to family and friends!

Perfect for my stay. Marc was easy to talk to when needed. Condo was clean and had everything I needed for the stay. There aren’t any direct beach views, but the overall location was prime!

Thank you so much for the lovely review! I’m really glad you enjoyed your stay and had everything you needed. It was a pleasure having you as a guest! 😊 You’re right to point out that the condo doesn’t have a direct oceanfront view. One of the things I really love about the balcony, though, is the unique view where you can see both the beach and the Intracoastal, as shown in the listing photos. I hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again next time you come to Florida!

We arrived very early and checked in before the condo was ready but the cleaning lady was really nice and let us leave our luggage in the room, the condo was very clean and nice , it has everything you need to go to the beach, the kitchen is large and has everything you need. The valet service was good , one of them even told us some of the places that were good to see , the owner was very nice and communication was the best, explained the whole check in process so it was simple and smooth. We would definitely recommend

Clean and spacious property, very good location as far as proximity to beach, airport and activities. It would have been best if the full amount for the property including parking fees, key fob fees, etc. were included in the original listing. This way there wouldn’t be any hidden fees.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! I’m really happy you enjoyed the condo and the great location. I do my best to make all fees clear, and they are described in detail in my listing. The parking and key fob fees are collected directly by the building’s valet and association, and unfortunately, there is no option for me to collect these fees through VRBO. It was a pleasure hosting you, and I hope to welcome you back soon!

This is a beautiful condo. The location is great. The bedroom could use room darkening curtains, for it is really bright in the morning. The balcony was unavailable even though we specifically asked if it was going to be accessible because we enjoy looking at the ocean. If you rent this unit, be sure and call the front desk to verify the balcony is usable. They are doing lots of construction on this building. Other than the balcony issue, it is a great condo!

Thank you for your review. I’m glad you enjoyed the condo and its location. The building construction was completed, but unexpected corrective work in a neighboring unit affected balcony access. All work is now completed. As a personal gesture, I’d be happy to offer you 15% off your next stay if your travels bring you back to Florida.

Thank you for the Nice review! I’m glad you enjoyed the location and the view. It’s important for us too to have a well-appointed kitchen, so I’m happy you found everything you needed. But above all it is the beach convenience material, the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler that count the most to enjoy the beach You’re always welcome back! 🙂

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location couldn’t be better—everything is within walking distance, including great shopping and plenty of restaurants. The host was excellent with communication. We especially loved how easy it was to get to the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk—just a short 2 Circuit ride away!
