The home sits on two fully fenced lots, offering privacy, space, and plenty of room for outdoor relaxation. Downstairs, a large covered patio area provides shade and seating, plus a charcoal grill and an air-conditioned man/woman cave with a half bath—ideal for cooling off or playing games after a day in the sun.

Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living space that’s both stylish and welcoming. The gourmet chef’s kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a 6-burner gas stove, and a large island with bar seating—perfect for preparing and sharing meals together. The Sea Isle Pool is open from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. Guests must call Sea Isle HOA at 409-737-2438 to obtain pool passes. The pool passes are 10 for $100. They are open Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm.
