It is located on the ground floor without a lift. This delightful 65m² property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city.

We offer you this typical house for rent in the center of Bordeaux. Built in 1900, it retains all its character, with stone walls, a period staircase and a small Bordeaux balcony typical of the period.

This house is ideal for 4 people and offers a very central location in the city to discover all its treasures.

Just a stone's throw from the legendary Capucins market and the Saint Michel secondhand goods district. A few minutes walk or a ride on the various streetcars (B, C and D) will take you to Place Pey Berland, Rue Sainte Catherine, Place de la Bourse, the Quais, museums and the Saint Pierre restaurant district in just 10 minutes. We leave our two bicycles with anti-theft devices to help you get around.

In the house, you'll find :

A large living room with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table and TV. The box is at your disposal so that you can enjoy a multitude of TV channels and Wifi connected to the fibre.
A dining area with a round table for 6 people and all the crockery needed for family meals.
A relatively small kitchen containing the basic equipment: oven, hob, sink, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker and blender. Please note that the dishwasher is currently being repaired and that, by family choice, there is no microwave oven.

This house is our main living quarters, so you'll find the basics and can make use of them.

In the cellar, you'll find a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron, drying rack and a few tools if you need them.
On the second floor, a separate toilet, a large bathroom with a bathtub and large, bright window
A large bedroom with a 140cm double bed. You'll also find a desk and a dressing room with 2 shelves and hanging space for your belongings. This room is very bright, with a Bordeaux-style balcony.
On the second floor, at the top of a steep wooden staircase, a second bedroom with a 160cm double bed. There's plenty of shelf space for your belongings and a large desk.
Arrival and departure are very flexible, as the house is equipped with a key box.

Cleaning and linen are now done by a professional company.

We are happy to lend you this house. We love to travel and are happy to be able to welcome you in the center of this beautiful city full of many activities.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

And no wonder, with 60 appellations and 7000 winemakers, the city is the capital of a region home to some of the world's oldest vineyards and finest wines. When you visit Bordeaux, it's not just about wine; water is also essential. A stroll along the River Garonne's banks and the Gironde estuary reveals culture, nature, wine tourism and enchanting chateaux. Head south to experience the glorious coastline, savour fresh oysters and feel the silky sand of the Arcachon basin. Take the time just to be - and enjoy the joie de vivre.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Capucins, is just a 6-minute walk.

Bordeaux Airport is a 29-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
