About this property

This large cottage style two bedroom villa has ample living space and allows lots of natural light into the home. As you enter the villa, an entry to a galley style, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops will be on one side as you enter into the large, spacious living room and dining area with vaulted ceilings and flanked on one side with glass windows and patio doors. The master bedroom is spacious with vaulted ceilings and its own glass sliding doors to a private patio, a King bed, Cable TV, and its own private bathroom with tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is located upstairs with twin beds and Cable TV and has access to a guest bathroom downstairs. Plenty of space to relax and lounge in the villa when you're not out enjoying all that Hilton Head Island offers!

The Village at Palmetto Dunes is a beautiful setting just 200 yards away from a wide sand beach and the Dunes House Beach Club by a footpath along the waterway. The Village features a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, playground, and waterside picnic tables and BBQ grills. Enjoy an easy walk to golf, tennis, restaurants, shopping, crabbing, canoes, fishing, paddleboats, biking and nightlife. Guests of this beautiful Hilton Head rental enjoy the free shuttle (from April through September) around Palmetto Dunes and to the shops and restaurants of the Shelter Cove Harbour and Marina as well as Shelter Cove Town Center.

Hilton Head 2022

Overall very happy with stay. Didn’t realize laundry was in a separate building but it wasn’t an issue this time of year. Wish there were area rugs in unit as tile becomes slippery with flip flops. Very disappointed pool was not heated as it became an amenity I couldn't use due to it being very cold. Ironically, hot tub very hot, more so than usual, which made it difficult to utilize.
