"GORGEOUS, RENOVATED AND SPACIOUS TOWN HOME. ONE MINUTE WALK TO BEACH with YOUR OWN 2 CAR GARAGE AND 6 ADDITIONAL SPACES IN DRIVEWAY! Completely stocked for ALL your needs! Once you're inside, let the fun begin with the game room w/ stand up arcade machine and foosball table. 2 LARGE MASTER SUITES and laundry room on third floor. Two Queen sofa beds and Brand new SMART T.V'S in every room. Take to one of the two large decks to enjoy a home cooked meal, favorite beverage and views of the ocean. PERFECT VACATION OASIS!" Ring doorbell with video/audio at front door for extra security.We welcome one dog for the $165 pet fee, so please make sure you hit the pet button when booking . If you have a second dog, that will need be approved and a second fee applied.

Incredible location and perfect for our family of six. The house had everything we needed to make for a great stay, even on the cooler days. The hosts were wonderful and very accommodating.The proximity to the beach was ideal for full beach days, with the house close enough to run back for a quick lunch or break before heading right back to the sun and waves. We especially enjoyed taking the bikes out in the evenings to explore the area. The beach cart is probably our favorite amenity we fished everyday and it made it so easy to haul our gear. It’s the perfect distance from the bustle of Flagler, quiet and relaxing, yet still close enough for an easy stroll. We would absolutely stay here again.

Visited for 5 days and it was wonderful!! The Florida vibe and plenty of space to have local family come by for dinner. The beach is just 1block away from the beach.

A fun family reunion spot

The beach house was beautiful and had a great selection of games and activities - especially for the off season visit. We chose it for Christmas and had some warm sunshine to enjoy playing in the beach sand and colder days to play games, watch movies or walk through town. NSB is a great place, and we enjoyed our family gathering.

Perfect stay

The ease of staying at this property made the vacation. The distance to the beach was exceptional. Owner hyper responsive to all our needs. Having the bikes and beach toys and towels and cooler made life easy. Will happily be back.

November getaway

This is the second time we have stayed at All Decked Out. It’s amazing. Tara is great with communication and easy to work with before and during your stay. The home is beautiful, clean and very well appointed with everything you need to have a wonderful stay. It’s more like staying at a friends house than renting a vacation property when you stay at their beautiful home. Highly recommend this property. Thanks again Tara for letting us stay.

Spring Break getaway

This was one of my absolute favorite places to stay. Tara was very responsive and easy to accommodate my requests. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and they had so many nice touches like bikes, beach toys, towels, corn hole, games, movies and more to make your stay complete. We loved biking on the beach and down A1A. The two porches to enjoy the view of the ocean were my favorite. Would definitely be back again!

NSB 4th of July

We had a great stay over the fourth of July! The house was great. We were able to bring our dogs and we had plenty of space for our family. The beach ramp was right across the street and we could choose from driving or non-driving area day to day. We also got to enjoy a firworks show basically across the street. Great time!

Perfect Get-A-Way

Our stay was fabulous. The house surpassed our expectations! The location was perfect for us far enough away from the downtown area for peace and quiet and close enough for easy access. The unit had everything that we needed or even wanted. The 2nd and 3rd floor balconies were perfect areas to sit out and enjoy the ocean breeze. Tara made communication easy and allowed us to enjoy our stay. We will rent this property again when we return to New Smyrna!!

All Decked Out NSB is a 5-Star Vacation Home

Great location one block from 27th Avenue Beach and a great ocean front park directly across the street on the no-drive beach. Very nice furnishings inside the large house with everything needed for an "at home" like stay. Fully furnished with every amenity one could think of and many extras such as very nice beach towels, bikes, games, upscale bedding and linens, fully stocked kitchen with high end utensils etc. Very nice and clean back yard for relaxing and grilling too! Easy check-in and check-out process! We would definitely come back and stay at All Decked Out NSB!

Great spring break spot

Booked for a long weekend stay for spring break and to celebrate daughter's birthday. Location is right across the street from the no-drive section of the beach. I would have liked to have been closer to Flagler Ave., that's not a knock against the house just my preference. The house is great, very clean with a beach feel. Host was quick to respond to questions. Check-in was very easy. We were even able to get in a little early. Everyone loved the arcade games and foosball table.

Great mini-vacation home!

Very clean and kitchen well-stocked with everything you could possibly need to prep/make meals. Loved having a garage full of beach gear so that we didn't have to pack our own. The beach cart was a huge help! Beds and linens were in excellent condition.Didn't really notice any traffic noise from A1A. Maybe we were too tired each night!Less than a 5 min walk to the beach. Cross A1A at 27th Ave intersection and then walk down the beach access ramp. No cars allowed on the beach to the right side (when facing the water).

Bruce and I have been coming to New
Smyrna Beach since we were friends in High School. Once we had our two kids, we've been parking across the street from this home at the 27TH Ave park. We bought this place, and with help from our two kids, made it a beautiful vacation home for our guests! A lot of blood, sweat, tears and a little cursing went
into it, but it was all worth it! LOL

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this property because of it's location and ability to have short term vacationers. It's located on the no-drive beach side and the 27th avenue park is right across the street which has bathrooms, racquet ball, basket ball, playground and a couple fire pits on the beach during winter months.

What makes this property unique

We have thought of everything that we would want in a vacation home and did it for you. We want you to feel like your at home, but even better! We renovated the whole place. Those tongue and groove wood ceilings were put up by Bruce and I, and that was a crazy amount of work!
