Great location!

Great location! Loved being right on the water and so close to town. We loved the games in garage, size of all bedrooms and the big bunk room. Plenty of space for everyone and kitchen was stocked well. There were several issues we encountered, but Vacasa handled them quickly. Cleaning service isn’t great, especially for the fee you pay.

Lollipop house

We loved the big room for kids to sleep together and that the mothers had their own room . Grandma stayed downstairs so she didn’t have to climb stairs. The garage with toys was nice with washer and dryer and dishwasher was great. The two main TVs were nice so kids use upstairs and teenagers downstairs. Nice and plenty of towels. Just wish the access to lake had more sand and not so much mud

Nice place a little dated

Loved all the space and beds. Loved that it off on the water. Wished it had an extra fridge. With the Amount of people this house can hold the fridge is not that big to hold so the food. And some of the lights in bedrooms didn’t work.

Beautiful location, but be aware…

This home is situated beautifully and has a wonderful view, and I really wanted to love it, but it is not being maintained. While it was clean and had a nicely updated kitchen, we had plumbing and electrical issues that put a big downer on our stay to the point of no water for several hours. The yard was not useable until we cleaned it up ourselves, as well as the lawn furniture, in order to use the back patio. The sliding doors in the living area that go to the patio are not usable either. While it will hold a large group to sleep- I’m not sure the rest of the home is able to function properly enough for a large group. It does provide games and outdoor sport equipment to use if the lawn is managed and the duck poop is cleaned up.

Loved the beach front

The house has some emergency plumbing issues before we arrive and the clean up from it wasn't great but the management was easy to get ahold of and was great about resolving the issues. Even brought our family some chocolate goodies.

Family Friendly Gem

The home was pretty perfect for our family reunion. Between the game room, outdoor toys, outdoor fireplace and access to the water the TV never even got turned on! Plenty of bathrooms and beds to keep everyone happy.

Nice beach house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the beach and Garden city. The house had plenty of room for us to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with all cooking dishes, bakeware, utensils and appliances. The view was amazing and there was also plenty of parking. There were plenty of towels and the mattresses were comfortable. The only issue we had was the master suite does not have a shower, only a jetted tub and the cold water didn’t turn on in the master suite sink. But with three other full size bathrooms, this was not a major issue for our group.

Lakeview

We loved our stay at this Lollipop Lakehouse. The a garage is full of many fun games and sport equipment. The family loved playing volleyball together on the grass area. Many beds, towels and kitchen equipment was provided. Gave it four stars because it was HOT, and there are signs stating you can't open sliding doors. No air conditioning either, so it was miserable inside some days.

A good start but lots of room for improvement

Location was nice. Games in the garage were fun. The lawn area out back was nice. Lots of beds. But there is also a lot of room for improvement.

Lollipop Lakehouse review

Loved the view of lake and the large room upstairs with beds and bunkbeds for the kids and the game tables downstairs and the popcorn machine. We loved the nice kitchen and comfy living room. Enjoyed the outdoor fireplace for making S'Mores and sitting around the fire at night. Loved the updated bathrooms. The only reason I rated a 4 is because there were lots of spiders outside and inside the house and lots of cobwebs and dust around the windows and the sliding glass doors were difficult to open and close. Other than that it was a fun place to make great memories!

Needs work

The booking of this house was great. When we got to the house there was a trailer parked out front full of rusty stuff. Not very appealing. As we walked up to the front side door it was covered in spider webs & spiders along with the brick wall next to the front side door. Once I removed the cobwebs I could not get in with the code they gave us. We walked around the house to see if there was another lock box we needed to use to get in and noticed the whole back of the house was covered in spider webs and several spiders. Including the swing and chairs they had provided. The back patio had large ants climbing all over it throughout our entire stay. Since we did arrive 30 mins early I decided to call Vacasa. The lady I spoke with said it should work so, we kept trying. About 15 mins after our arrival the code worked. As we walked into the house we noticed it looked pretty clean and maybe it was just the outside of the house that had not been taken care of. The kids took off upstairs to find their room and noticed spiders on the walls. I decided to look through all the rooms after that. There was not one room that did not have spiders in them. We killed so many spiders in the house which upsets me because I do not like killing them. The bathrooms had spiders in them too and there were cobwebs in several rooms. The little kids did not want to stay there. Once we got rid of the spiders we could see we turned on every fan in the house and opened all the windows. The house is super hot. With no A/C and being blocked by trees and houses it was hard to get a breeze throughout the house. We spent most of our time out back even though their were spiders and large ants everywhere because the whole house was pretty warm. We kept finding spiders in the house. It is nothing that a pest control company every 3 months could not fix though. There were several towels (only white towels provided) that had stains on them or were not cleaned very well. The towels also left white fuzz balls all over you after bathing. There was chewed gum on one of the bunk bed stairs that is in the double bunk bed room. There is boogers wiped on the wall in the upstairs family room where the bunk beds are. Our kids did not want to sleep in the beds because of the gum, boogers and spiders. The mirrors were also dirty. The rest of the house was pretty clean other than that. There is a lot of fun stuff for the kids & adults to do at this house and being next to the lake was awesome.
