Our stay at Steve and Sandy's place was amazing! There were 8 adults for a 3 day golf trip in the surrounding area. Everyone had their own room, plenty of space and the amenities were perfect for our down time. We watched the Olympics in the theater room where everyone had their own comfortable recliner. The dining room table suited our group for all meals and the kitchen has everything we needed. The game room kept us busy as well with the pool table, shuffle board and more. The outdoor space could not have been better. We hung out in the pool and hot tub and also used the grill for a cookout one evening. They communicated well and the directions and information were spot on! I would stay here again and recommend this home to anyone wanting a great escape!

Everything in the house is exactly as advertised. Plenty of space for a big group. The beds were very comfortable. Sandy and Steve are excellent hosts. They were very responsive when I had a question about the hot tub and when there was an issue with the dryer. They communicated well even prior to our arrival, sending the welcome book ahead of time, which we appreciated. They even purchased a nice set of pickleball raquets for us! There are plenty of silverware, plates, glasses, etc for 20 people. Do bring ziploc bags and storage containers and toilet paper. They have a coffee pot, coffee urn, Keurig, ice maker, waffle maker, crock pot, Instant pot. The kids loved the pool and game room. We all enjoyed the hot tub and home theater and Xbox. There is only one board game (pictionary). I have already recommended this place to a friend

My wife and I have been vacationing and renting homes in Florida for 30 years. We always go with a 5 star home. We would give this home 10 stars. Steve and Sandy were so communicative and welcoming. The home is exactly as pictured. The pool and spa were heated to the perfect temps for December. The theatre was extremely enjoyable a lets not forget the game room. The house is spacious, nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed using the Blackstone grill out back. The location to the Oasis club was a short walk and the club is incredible. It has a great menu with reasonable prices. So many things to do there. The complex itself is beautiful and has plenty of walkways to stroll around on. We enjoyed visiting some theme parks within close proximity to the home and then returning at night to enjoy the spa. Thank you Steve and Sandy for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Our journey to hosting began during our family travels. Our first experience as a vacation rental guest was in the Outer Banks, and we were hooked. After that, we had another family trip to France, where we stayed in a beautiful house by the beach, and that's when we decided to become hosts. Our vision is to offer families happy holiday experiences where they can build unforgettable memories that the kids will talk about for years to come. We started hosting in 2012, and the rest is history!

Why they chose this property

We knew we wanted a Villa in Champions Gate because it is a fantastic resort community and the houses here have a really nice layout. Although we knew which community we liked, we had a hard time finding the property that we thought was the right fit.

When we saw this one we knew right away. It had everything going for it, no rear neighbors, it was in a cul-de-sac, with a green space in the front - no other part of Champions Gate has all three.
