Great getaway property

We enjoyed our stay. Bed was comfortable, front desk was helpful with food recommendations. We spent a lot of time on the fishing pier and enjoyed the pool after a day on the beach. Would stay here again.

I’ve been vacationing in this area my whole life and this was the first time staying at this location, however it will not be the last. It was absolutely perfect. My sister and I had a great stay and thought the property was even better than advertised. Can’t wait to return soon!

Perfect winter getaway

Roomy, comfortable, clean, well-equipped for relaxing...this cute first floor condo was a perfect homebase for our Florida fun. We used the beautiful pool, had morning coffee and fabulous sunsets on the very easy to access beach, enjoyed the convenience of local eateries, and found easy driving access to other activities like pickleball, golf and biking. The condo had plenty of storage for our stuff. Furniture in bedroom and living room, while not new, were in good condition and comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen were in good order. The sunroom and little patio was a bonus. Having access to washers and dries was helpful. Enjoyed our stay!

Overall good but could use some cleaning

The condo was a good place to stay. It was located poolside although this particular stay the pool was closed for renovations, convenient to the sound, and across the street from the beach access. Aside from a bathroom that could’ve used a very good deep clean (shower had old hair on the walls and the corners, dirt pieces along the shower door, and mildewy water damaged walls and baseboards…) and could’ve been supplied with toilet paper at least (good thing I had an extra box of tissues in my car..), as well as old candy and sand and other unknown items as soon as you pull out the sofa bed, the condo was a nice place. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again.

Very Enjoyable

The room was clean and up to date. It had everything we needed for the beach included, except a cooler. No bid deal. Lots of places to walk for food with a real nice restaurant right beside the complex....try it! Our only complaint was the room got a little warm at night. The bedroom does not have a ceiling fan. Install that and this is a perfect unit!

Perfect location! Just a walk across the street to the beach. Condo was perfect. The only thing I wish it had was salt, pepper and a few spices.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo had everything we needed. Our locarion was perfect (we overlooked the bay). Access to the beach was great! And so was the trolley. We'd stay again.

Great location!!

The resort was so nice!! The location was great! There were laundry rooms there for your convenience! The only negative thing I would say would be about the towels/wash clothes, we only got 8 towels and 4 wash clothes and you would have to pay if you wanted clean ones. They did ask you not to wash them! Luckily I brought extra towels and we just got some extra wash clothes from Walmart. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend! The room had everything you need to cook with and also had beach chairs, an umbrella, and coolers, we only used the chairs but they were supper nice.

Spacious and simply delightful.

Loved the heated pool. Unexpected but appreciated were amenities such as shampoo conditioner, soap, ample supply of towels and linens, beach chairs & umbrella...a most pleasant experience. Check in and out were simple. Loved the sunsets but a short walk across the street...great swimming....pleasant atmosphere.
